  1. how much rwkw can these pumps sustain for an rb20 and rb25 ? I am aiming for 220rwkw for my rb20 which i know i will need a new fuel pump and injectors for and im sure the 040 will suffice for this. If i decide to put an rb25 in down the track and aim for around 250rwkw+ will the 040 be enough ? should i just get the 044 now to be sure ?
  2. yea if you get a quality jap brand catback, you whole exhaust (turbo back) will end up costing like $1500+ but you can get turbo back for like $700 if you go the cheaper option. Ive even heard of ppl getting full exhausts for like $500 (it might have been bulshit i dunno)

  4. you can get plently of brand name cat backs for the $1000 mark I paid $900 for my full stainless Fujitsubo. I was also looking at buying a HKS highpower catback for $860.

  8. hmm i think 125rwkw is a tad low for a 32gtst with a catback and pod.
  9. If it has a T3 flange it will bolt on. if it is externaly gated then you will need to buy a wastegate cos your stock turbo is internaly gated.

  11. If you didn't need an AP Engineering version then its a no brainer, obviously go for the Power FC, but with a price tag of $1500 it has to make you think twice. Why not just wait till you have done all the mods you plan on and then get a remap ?

  16. is this a garrett or a hks ? i thought they both made ones but i don't really know... are they the same ?
  17. RB20 det uses top feed high impedance injectors 270cc RB25 uses side feed high impedance injectors 370cc these are the same as the sr 20 det so they wont fit, but if they did they would be more than adequate for 250rwkw
  18. Power FC can control boost but u need to boost controller kit that you have to buy seperate, i think its about $400. Im pretty sure it uses the same solenoid etc as the AVCR cos i think APEXI only made one design. Some people i know don't recommend using powerfc as your ebc, not very reliable apparantly. Basically if the kit is $400+ you may as well buy an AVCR. As far as performance issues between the three id also like to know. I can't justify spending $1500 for an AP Engineeering PowerFC so thats out of the question. I can get a chip for my ecu for $250 and the dude said if i give him my dyno graph then he can tune the chip perfectly, so i think ill end up going this way. haha i didn't read the post before mine... he already explained it....

  21. I dont know if the law is different in perth but this happened to me and the magistrate told me he gave me the MINIMUM manditory sentence of 9 months added on to the original 3 and a $400 dollar fine. I wasn't on my p's though, i dont know if that makes a difference.

  23. well all but one of my bolts came off ok (still on pretty tight) but one just would not come off !!! i turned the spanner really hard and it just stripped it. my mate said the only thing to do is use an angle grinder to cut it off, any better ideas ??
  24. i tried to get mine off a few weeks ago and striped the bolt haha any1 know a way i can get it off now ?
