i second wat pred said. wat yr is the car.....70k isnt necesarily geniune k's. my mates 96 rex had something similar to yours. he had this awful rattling sound commin on start up and idle and got worse when accelerating just like ur case. i had a look under the bonnet and *** me his timing belt pully was loose as a whore and was about to fall off. took a chance and drove it a couple blocks to a freind mech who said after he replaced it that he was one lucky bastard!! start your car up and check to see if any of the pulleys are wobbling. get a mech to come to ur house if possible.

its the brown wire commin from the control box for power windows and stuff on the drivers door that u cut to disable the passengers lock switch from unlocking. if u just cut the wire on the passengers doors then when u unlock the door on the drivers side it wont unlock would be a pain in the ass.

its hard to see....looks like its just reflecting light from somewhere esle but i know what ur talkin about now. im guessin that someone has modified it if its siliconed up. im guessin u might have to take the whole light out to have a real good look at whats been done.

sell some of the stuff of the car like the mags and stuff that u can live without......get the amount owing down to a reasonable amount that your friends/family could help you out with. 15k put into a car is too much of an investment for me to just give up like that,

if its based on retail catalogue then forget it...prices are rediculous. my mate has seen the propper wholesale distributor catalogue...ull just cream ur dacks!! if only it was that easy to become an apexi distributor.

unless u got a special headlamp or someone has modified it....there isnt any parker lights in the actual headlights for a 33. post a pic up!!

there are no parker lights in the actual main drivers lamp assembly for a 33 ...only on the side of it which u have already stated. to get the bulb out of the lamp(not the parkers) u unscrew the big round plastic cap and there should be a wire clip that you push in and up to unlock it(from memory)...then u just have to pull the bulb out by the wires. i see no reason to use plyers. as for the locking switches on the drivers side...if ur wanting to disable the lock for the passengers side so that it wont open once u lock it then just cut the brown wire from the main control unit. u will still be able to lock it. ive already done this to mine. its amazing how something so small could potentialy be so costly. should be one of the first things to do to a skyline/import when purchased. hope this helps

my first drive was in my cuz's auto VL with stage 2 mods when i was still on my P's...this thing was a monster!! freakin scared the shiit outta me but thats what its all about, a turbo takes u to that limit uve never been before and u just dont want to go back. once u got turbo u cant go back:D

ok so as i understand it u use these in conjunction with urethane bushes/pineapples rite as it fills the gap even more for extra stiffness rite?? im not too sure of the idea that you completely replace your bushes with jus the aluminium ones. can someone confirm??
