my car makes this sound like a computer hard drive reading something that comes from the dash whenever the car gets low on gas say 1/4 mark.....lasts for a good 15-30secs. i cant hear it now cause of the aftermarket exhaust:D:D:D i wonder wat it is. i think its recalculating to conserve fuel or something...i dunno

i wouldnt mind seeing one of the racequeen bodypainted as a panda...is that too much to ask rezz??

yeah mate u got off pretty light. wat pisses me off is cops that say stupid things like that shiit about your headlights and arguing that theyre right..wtf?? next theyll probably say your foldin mirrors are defective too. at least know your imports before being gun-ho about handing out fines.....then again maybe its good thing that they dont know that much:D:D

maybe i should make flyers of this and stick it on the forehead of future diickheads that decides to do the same thing. yeah come to think of it i should have done that at the time...all i was thinkin at that moment was not hittin the guy. and when u say one day ull clean up one...well my mates mate who aparrently speeds up or doesnt stop to scare those heros that stare at you while crossin like theyre tuff and stuff. well one day he did actually clean up some poor guy...the guy was apparently drunk so he didnt know any better. yeah i guess....well i thought it would be common sense for the pedestrian to stop and let the car go as they should know that they were in the wrong instead of proceeding to cross. it was one of those awquard situations like when u see someone walkin towards u and u have to decide to go left or right and end up bumpin into each other, then u both change to the same direction and bump into each other again.....kinda like that.

was on my way to safeway to pick up groceries in springvale. i turn off at the roundabout onto windsor and plan to turn right down buckinham to get there. half way down the street (short street by the way) i see this guy with a brief case about to cross the intersection. i saw him and he saw me but the guy still makes his way onto the road. at this point im thinkin hes one of those idiots that stand and wait on the street instead of the footpath for cars to pass before they cross but this guy kept on walkin. i break hard and stop with him on his toes litterally cm's from the left side of my bonnet/light. we look at each other with confusion. i decide to go again to turn right (thinkin ok must be one of those stupid incidents that u get once in a while) and just as i start to move he decides to walk infront of me again. once again i brake thinkin wtf?? as he continues to cross the street. as he passes i gesture my hand as to say whats goin on mate (no verbal exhange at this point) and the prick decides to turn back to the front of my car and read my reg to report me or somthing.....now that just pissed me right off!! so i yell out the window politely as my lil sis was in the car with me "what do u think ur doin? theres no crossin here u cant just cross the road like that" i then proceed to turn right (givin way to a pedestrian who wanted to cross as you would cause ur turning right?) and as i turn in the prick decides to cross the street again diagonaly infront of me. i stalked next to him re-enforcing my point that he just cant cross streets like that and drove off. attached is a diagram of the incident:) now what id like to know is whos in the wrong here?? windsor ave is classifed as the main street of the two (the line is orange and thicker in the melway than the other streets:D:D) i know u have to give way to pedestrians but my understanding is that u give way to them when your turning and when your on small roads that have to give way at intersections, not main ones. i mean u wouldnt see any sane person cross springy rd like that and expect cars to stop. would he do the same thing if i was in a mac truck instead of my line??..........aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrghhhh!! anyways would like your opinions on this. cheers.

cheers guys.....nothing can bring her back but your thoughts and prayers brings me some relief in this greaving process. strange to say that none of my close friends know anything about this, let alone her being sick at all. i guess its easier for me to hide behind a computer and share my feelings to "strangers" online than it is face to face. once again cheers guys for the support.

i dont know if u guys remember a while back when i think makevali informed us that his mum was diagnosed with cancer. it was great news to hear that she was in remission. i dunno if u guys remember but i also said that my mum was diagnosed with cancer also at roughly the same time. well, sad enough to say, my mum, the gorgeous person that she was passed away this mornin after a heartbreakin battle last nite........god i miss her!!! as the topic says my mum's the best!! and always will be!! ive just realised how easy it is to loose someone and i dearly regret not takin more photos of us. my heart really goes out to my lil sis...shes takin it quite well, though im not too sure if she really understands whats just happened. anyways, this thread is just a dedication to my beloved mum on my favourite forum. dont feel obliged to post a reply or anything ok:) rest in peace mum (13-01-2004)......i love u heaps!!

all i can say is just dont wrap urself around a pole or anything like that. thats hella power for a first car and experience makes a world of difference. and as everyone says ur gonna have a hella hard time with the law on ur p's too. p.s...veilside kits suck!!...LOL

cause it wasnt really his car but the dead mechanics who built it....by burning it its kinda like givin the car back to him so he can drive it in the spirit world or something like that. its an asian thing...LOL

ive done a simple diy earthing sys that i found on a jap webpage. simply u earth the components that require better grounding for optimum performance like manifold, turbo, alternator, exhaust, stuff like that. i found that there was a difference in performance, the car ran alot smoother and overall response was better and at a fraction of the price of one of those kits. the kits probably work alot better but this is my cheap mans alternative:D:D by the way the link to that site is dead so i cant post it up anymore.
