  4. ok...i figured it out....haha
  5. *UPDATE AGAIN* price has dropped to $17500 ono. Posting for a friend. 93 Burgundy GTS-T for sale. Only been in the country for 5 months now. It's auction grade is 3.5 and has done 80,000+ks but has been wound back in japan down to 50,000ks. As i understand the the car had only one previous owner who lived in a village and not a city if that helps..haha. ill have to get back to you on that. here comes the details and mods; - 93 burgudy gts-t - 80,000+ks - 17" Sparco Racing rims - Upgraded fuel pump - Greddy Boost controller - Greddy A pillar exhuast and boost guages - Blitz dual turbo timer - Trust front monut intercooler - Trust air filter - Momo 3" turbo back exhaust - Tommy Kaira sideskirt, rear pods, and spoiler with decal badges - Trial front bar - Some carbon fibre replica decal replacing/covering indicators and centre "skyline" garnish - All engine lines have been replaced with metal braided lines. I personally had a quick look at this car and its rediculously clean in the engine bay thats nicely set up and colour coded. ive seen later models that are alot dirtier than this one. no dents externally with no signs of respray. interior is very clean to with the odd scuff marks here and there that goes with its age. The catch is that its an auto So if ur lookin for a car for ur misses or keen to do a conversion?? Nothing else really needs to be done to this car. Reason for selling is that he bought the car on impulse and when it landed he changed his mind and wants an auto WRX now ...haha I honestly think hes got a gem on his hands and doesnt even know it cause im sure thers a whole heap of other goodies on the car that hasnt been found yet. anyways..enough with the shiit talk...he wants $19,000 for it i cant figure out how to post multiple pics so if u want pics of interior and engine bay ill email em to ya.
  6. on the net!!
  7. TRUE DAT!! might be a good idea and get both sides of the story and jump on the wrx forum and ask them if its a good choice for u to go to a skyline. :D
  8. too much hassel.....i dont think ur missin out much anyways....just learn how to break properly:D:D not that hard. should have researched before u bought it.:D
  9. have u poped out the round plastic cover inside the plastic thing that u put ur hands in to close the door....there is a screw there. other than that it should be ready to pull of. it is abit hard to get off as the top part of the door trim wedges up on the part where the mirror is but it does come off. as for the switch control pannel theres two clips one at the end where the buttons are and one in the middle...this is where u should hold to pop it out so u dont crack anything.....there are no other screws so if u take off the door trim this control cover will come with it......have fun!!
  10. haha...nice nice....does anyone know where i can get my hands on any D1 dvd/vids???
  11. uve gotta be kiddin me ZDENKO.....14.1's in stock form...thats bloody awsome times!! wish mine could do that.
  12. i would preferr someone in melb but i'll keep u posted if ur genuinly interested.
  13. hi im see if any one is interested in a "genuine brand new" AVC-R for $700AU got an extra one for a friend but he's having second thoughts now. wont be landing in australia till the end of the month i think so im just seeing if anyone is intersted now...melb buyers preferred.
  14. well all i can say is 95% of doin a good job is in the prep...the rest is spraying itself. i personally wouldnt do it myself cause i know how bloody hard it is to get perfect surfaces. u might think it looks all smooth and even when its all dulled out but even the slightest imperfection where u pressed just that bit too hard with ur finger will show up when sprayed. a friends mate decided to do the same thing and prep it himself....took it to his cuz/uncle to spray and they checked under the light to see if it was preped proper and laughed at him and told him to do it again....lol. not saying u guys cant do it...im sure u can...just sayin that there is more involved than just cutting it back. AZN_ROMEO.....no offence but it sounds like u dont know wat ur doin as respraying a whole car is a big job and as REDLINE said it might end up costin u more in the end. might be good if u go and talk to the spray guy for tips and practice on something small first to get the gist of things. as for goin with the coarse stuff under 600 i wouldnt recomend it as ull get hella scratches everywhere that would be hard to get out with the fine stuff. might save u some time at the start but will break ur balls in the end. i might sound like a perfectionist but i hate seeing nice cars with bodgy warped surfaces like mine...haha:D:D keep us posted as i want to respray mine in the future...good lucks
  15. well if u want a proper respray u sand down to bare metal but u can get a way with just sanding down till u cut into the original paint. all comes down to how much ur willing to spend and how fussed u are about things...have fun!! wat colour are u spraying to by the way??
  16. ill be a regular for a monthly drift track day....count me in.!! but it has to be a track day.....not to keen on a skid pan thing, gets borin quite quickly.

  22. mine went out and i cracked it open and took it too dick smith to sort me out with new leds/resistor.......the guy couldnt even figure out how it worked..bloody useless!! so i just got a friend of mine to get me a toyota one from work and i just ripped that apart and poped in...replaced the whole thing...sweet as!!
  23. yeah u should be able to fit a gtr bumper on without removing the support bar completely....thats if its not a dodgy copy. same as with most I/C's too.
