dont expect to gain any kw's from it. Its more of a self learning to make it run smoother/efficient.
dc the battery and pump on the brakes a couple times to discharge the remaining voltage...saves you waiting 24hrs..he
i was considering getting a track drift car with a mate. share the cost. was looking at importing an already modded drift/track car just for that use so no compliance needed.
ive been holding onto a 33 drivers seat and rail for a while to make a console. been holding off cause bunnings wont cut mdf because its carcenogenic and ic ant be bothered buying tools.
finally found a woodwork place that i can hire out so i may just get this done after all..ha.
my mate gets on average 300 to 350k's in his lightly modded rx7. strangely enough he just picked up an evo.
as with the others, if you can afford running costs and comfort, space then go for it.
+1 for appreciating the car more as a weekender.
i just got mine too yesterday. so is he a sponsor or supporter? do we get any benefits other than great quality of work?
he will be the first on the list when i need someone touch wood.
the glovebox is the logical place but you would have to reach over everytime you need it. It is a big piece of equipment and sometimes quite handy for it to be hidden.
looks like he resined it good. is the dynamat also glued to the chassis? I'd have a crack at just carving the dynamat out as its the only plyable thing between the resin and chassis.
