i have knocking in my right rear teins. pillow ball tops are worn.

someone suggested going to a radiator place to spray it with the stuff they use on radiators. around $10bucks was what i remembered.

power steering fluid is low and leaking. thats my guess. had the same problem, topped and tightened it up and everything went back to normal.

Gday guys and gals, has anyone here purchased an Exedy Lightened flywheel? is there just the chromoly one or is there an aluminium one too? does anyone know how much they weigh and price as the website has limited info. shot off an email to them last week but no reply as of yet. heres the link http://www.exedy.com.au/catalogue-details.asp?id=38999997 stuck whether i should buy an exedy which is local(no waiting) or get a Cusco chromoly one of nengun (14day wait). anyone here running the Cusco unit? cheers

like frx026 said, throw some back at them, make a complaint, make it harder for him to get promoted, then get legal advice. if your gonna do something do it now id say, dont wait a week or so.

the falcon headlights are a copy of the 34's anyway in my opinion.

if your easily up to get shipped to anywhere around the world then get a bike, easy to transport easier to maintain. but hey if you really want a gtr then im sure you can work things out shipping it around or having it looked after by your mum cause everyone else will be tempted.

dont really need to remove shelf unless ur planing to remove the coilovers....just the seats and then stick your hands in and dial the knob.

im guessing unless you do some serious track work you won't notice the difference it'll make.

exhaust manifold bolts broken/loose as well as turbo gaskets are the obvious things. had same noise under boost, but i could still hear it when reving not under load. was initially an exhaust leak from the turbo dump but it came back after a while. had my exhaust manifold bolts and all gaskets replaced from that and the turbo and now the noise is gone.

yeah that make sense, so its also a matter of choosing the right flywheel for the clutch then. got it.

i have seen cusco and possibly Jun flywheels with those steps. does machining these chromolys weaken them? are you supposed to machine brand spankin new flywheels? im in the process of getting one.

home made speed humps.....now thats something different. is that leagal? id have a chat with the council about that.

interesting. geared step motor or something of that concept to fix height?? but theres canisters so hydraulic maybe. me likey verry muchy.

take the seat out. its not hard at all.

oh yeah id keep an eye on your car for the next couple days or at least change the ignition barrel for piece of mind. im very paranoid myself.

ouch!!....look at it this way, lesson learned in not to leave your keys car roofs, not to back out of the driveway in a rush, and the third well thats just plain bad luck. i recon you've pretty much copped all the bad luck comming to you this year so its all gonna be good luck from now on. what geoff said. i had some glue residue that wouldnt come off and hardened over time so sanded it with 2000 wet and dry and polished. worked for me.
