  4. ive heard they arent that reliable, and i wouldnt go for a eboost 2 way to expensive and not that reliable either, i would run hks evc or similar like greddy ebc
  5. mate if your dropping turbos like i drop bombs then you might have a larger issue! like maybe low oil pressure.

Thanks heaps guys. 260 tech i should get it checked but yeah it does do the same all round, idle prolly sits on 3 and driving about 60kph goes to about 4-5, i was wondering, is high oil pressure good or bad? If my engine has higher then normal oil pressure is this a good or bad sign? I would imagine high oil pressure would be good?

  11. i had a SAFC II on my soarer with a gt28/35 ran like a dream, but i sold it to run a seperate ecu which didnt work out to be very good so went back to SAFC the first type and did a excellent job, which this time around was a hks 30/37 got 45 more kws too (i know this isnt the safc) i would not hesitate to use one on my r33. Let me know if you dont want it mate. They are getting cheaper and i prolly wouldnt pay anything more then 150 or so for it but mate throw it on your car. I believe the SAFC II has more tuning points but not exactly sure.

Hi guys, Like the topic title says , i have a r33 s1 manual, just wanted to know what should the oil gauge sit at when cold and when warm? it sits at almost 8 when cold and then drops back to about 5 when warm, does runs fine just has a little miss on idle (which im working on atm to get diagnosed) Any help would be great Thanks guys PK
  14. +7 looked it up, your right +7 is a bar! 14 odd psi! Maybe the sucker is actuating hahahahaha or you have a leak in a hose near the actuator? God only knows but i wouldnt expect it to as loud as you describe it.
  15. +7 is one bar so half way would be around 7 psi maybe a little less. Edited with the truth!!!

  19. Hey guys i have a series 1 and ive noticed a lot of series 2 parts for sale but i have stayed clear due to the possibilty of it not fitting! Can anyone please verify what can and cant be used? I know that Series 2 have different headlights and front bar and also rear wing, but what about interior and also under the bonnet? Thanks in Advance!
  20. na man they have "gone" up since apexi dont make them anymore or blitz or someone brought them out, i would pay anymore then 1100 for one with a hand controller and it would wanna be near new! You can find the pfc alone for around 600!

  25. hey mate i have the same problem but the other way around I think a nice bit of alloy sheeting with a turbo timer and gauge will do!
