Yeah, i was thinking some Jap ricer just painted it, But i have to have another look but i think the hole engine , not just the rocket cover is painted the ugly blue... thx 4 your thoughts guys,, anything helps! ;-)

I thought i was just being optimistic but my friend said that a jap company called ATS paints them blue... couldnt find anything about ATS and toemi also but looked it up on google and mine is a different blue to the tomei engine - mine a much more ugly fluroish light blue - i have NFI thx Pentae

Hey Guys, I have recently imported a r32 GTR(Still waiting for it) After Purchasing it i have found out that it has a BLUE engine (bright/kinda fluro blue) Do you guys think some douchbag in Japan has just painted it or do you think it has been rebuilt etc ? ANY HELP / thoughts is much appreciated Cheers James

My mate has 1 .... as soon as u get it look at the inside of the back left wheel and take the black tube off - exhaust sounds 10 times better

Nope, Just wondering if it was possible to get import approval before it was 15years old - i thought the car had to goto hobbs bros to get cleaned etc then goes to compliance? How much does compliance usually cost? if you get it all done thru the compliance place , side intrusion bars etc etc (adverage price?) Just wanting to make sure im not paying to much Cheers

Thanks guys, Spoke to the guy helping me with it and he said he spoke to them yesterday and it will be leaving the docks on monday and going to quarantine - lets just hope Hobbs Bros have tightened there security after the guy that lost 6 of his GTRs Also once you get import approval say its a month till it will be 15 years old do u have to wait a month till you can get it complyed ? cheers

Thx 4 the response.. Yeah apparently we didnt put it on the boat till import approval was approved.. The guy was doing me a favor importing it and isnt making any money off me so i cant exactly blow up at him as he is a friend of a friend doin me a favour - when ever i call him he always say it will be coming off next week... Im really worried that something has gone wrong.. Any ideas what could have gone wrong - if i asked him for the papers what should i ask for etc ? if it gets approval for DOCTARS what can go wrong ? Your help is much appreciated as my stomach is churing thinking my dream might turn into a nightmare

I have been waiting for my car for months now and it has been sitting in the sydney docks for over a month now - My importer says that we are waiting on paper work etc - Does any one know anything about this , caus it seems abit abnormal to me - Not to mention im paying like $25 a day 2 leave it there - Any Info would be greatly appreciated as im worried about my baby line Cheers

A few PSI in a tire can make a big difference . Check ur tires every week - My friend is addicted to it and does it every couple of days lol - In my old calibra i noticed the tires where low when the back came out around a corner @ speed U will wish u did all these kind of things when u understeer then oversteer into the Kerb

Just ask 4 a "Section 10A" Pay the fine and dont lose the points, or something like that

LOL... Farking gold topic Like stated before stamia is definatly the key... For instance ur adverage pub brawl/street punch up goes for less then 5 mins and thinking about it most are breathing very heavily afterwards- Still with a CUP and being 6"7 i personally think i could take on 2 or 3 of these little nutters But if i had the oppurtunity i would definatly like 2 take on 30 or 40 of em.. Hey... I think i called u last night... My GTR was ment to be @ hobbs Bros at the same time but something happened with the paper work so it is still @ the Docks(Thank God)... I nearly died when i heard what happened.... With all the people on this forum etc its only a matter of time till one of the low lifes slip up.... Do you think its still safe to goto Hobbs Bros? Will be spking to ppl i know n will let u know if i hear even the slightest thing. Hey guys, Im importing an R32 GTR and is been sitting at the docks for about 2 weeks. Spoke with the guy whos helping me import it and we are waiting on "papers" from japan. Has anyone else had this problem? What papers are they and how long should it take and does anyone know why it would take so long and if theres anything i can do to speed it up? Sorry to be so vauge but im just worried about my investment Thanks 4 your help Cheers James
