  1. What is actually wrong with the thread, is it A) turning still after you fully do it up or B) starting in the thread and then jamming? If it is A then you need to Helicoil it, if it is B you may be able to retap the thread, or you may be able to go to a 1/2" fine if you can find a sump bolt out of a old school car (wreckers) The thread is a 12mmX1.25 pitch which is a metric fine, I hope this helps but I dont have a tap to suit, I can buy one though
  2. I wonder what look alike Ford has in store for us, it does have a certain appeal, though it could do with a turbo charged 6, instead of a longhaul truck motor.

  6. I have a duel trade as a Fitter and also a Boilermaker and i have been involvled in alot of R&D for customers, what you dont realise is that big companies can write off their R&D in tax, for a little guy to gear up for a small volume product with none of the breaks that a big company gets makes it more expensive, if you and your mates can wack one together for less than that go ahead and post up the detailed drawing so I can make one for bugger all.

  17. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Jd...in-t205654.html I am looking at buying a set of these wheels for my R33gtst, by looking through this thread I see that 8.5 x 18 are generally offset +30 front and +38 rear but cant seem to judge if 9.5s would be the same or if they are even a good option. Can anyone shed some light for me?
