I drive down to palm beach every other weekend and the last 2 times I have been followed closely by cops in marked and unmarked cars, I was driving with the traffic both times and that means upto 10ks over the limit, both times they sat behind me for a while (shittin bricks I was) and then drive up beside and look in, then drive off. I can only assume that they have done a licencse check, looked to see it was actually me and that I am not harmful to society and thankfully leave me be, I tend to think if I was 20yrs younger I might not be so lucky though.

Its always great to do the work yourself, I hope you get your power but are you aware that over 250kw they are prone to failure? The ringlands are the weakest link in a stock motor but when they fail it is not usually horrific, I have run mine at 370hp (280kw) but with water/metanol for safety, it reduces pinging and gives me much smoother boost. Truckies shit me yeah I could relate many a tale but the worst is one I had to repair, it came over a rise and ran over 3 cars at a lollipop stop/go the first car was a ball of mash, there was stuffall to repair though and it was back out in 3 days, the driver wasnt, he was in jail. I hope the driver is OK and the truckie was in the wrong.
