Steering adjustment lever is under the dash next to column, its a lever that pulls down to release.

I run 12psi but have ECU, Fmic, fuel pump and regulator plus your mods and with a good tune has 210kws, the fuel pump was my last upgrade as the standard one just didnt cut it, I haven't got after market cams and was told I wont really need them below 240kw, I know my turbo may die at this level but with careful use it has lasted 1 1/2 yrs now.

I know the feeling, people sit in that blind spot and it really takes you by surprise.

If the noise stopped when you put the soap on it ,I would tighten the belt a bit, if you can move the belt more than its thickness its loose but make sure you have some movement, if the noise is still there try the soap again. Why soap works is a bit of a mystery to me, as it is made up of part oil/fat and part acid, maybe it cleans the belt and pulleys and squealing is a result of the belt slipping on the pulleys, but hold it there long enough on both sides and the squeal goes away, well it has for me anyway.

You would have to remove the rear subframe, it is separate from chasis, the fuel tank would be in the way as well I think.
