    I dont think the ECU's are interchangeable, aside from the igniter the AFM is a different part number (has a pink sticker instead of green?) as well

    Im getting my rb25 box rebuilt by Dan from Elite Racing Developements, he cryoed the gearsets as well.

    It COULD be your starter motor not disengaging, is it from the front or back of that side?

    I notice that your still alive and not too concerned about the build up of fuel laying around the countryside, maybe you should look to past when council had bushfires contained by measures that were learned the hard way and banned by "thinkers" such as you. Global warming has nothing to do with letting fuel build up to dangerous levels.

    All this hate floating around, if you want to hate someone/thing hate the green flamin mongrels who put a halt to backburning and firebreaks, save the animals WTF? thats exactly what these measures did, now we have more severe and larger fires, that wipe more animals off the map than any firebreak or backburn could do. Tell your member of parliment that!

    you have managed to take a pic hiding the most telling factor, does it have a little box on the back end of the coil pack cover? The S1 has an igntor for the coils S2 doesnt.

    I had this same problem, I ended up ditching hicas but before I did I found that just disconnecting, cleaning and replugging in ALL the wiring plugs to do with steering and hicas stopped it from happening. I couldnt trace it to just one connection.

    Im using a HKS 2835 turbo with 550 injectors and fuel upgrade like your thinking of, Im making 350HP at 17 psi and it comes on around 3200 rpm, it is a good turbo and would suit your needs.
