when I installed mine I notice a slight increase in lag, nothing great, now I dont notice it. With a bigger intercooler you can run more boost and in hot weather run cooler intake temps, that was the main reason i got one as I lost upto 40kw in summer. With standard turbo its not recommended to boost above 12psi, other things I noticed was the aircon took longer to work but works fine and the engine temp rose by 2 deg. 82 to 84

I go to most events but the skidpan ( zoorst is too loud) and track (cause Im by myself I cant carry tyres, fuel and a tow home is $$$) but if on track days I could get these supports I would consider it as I'm dying to do a few laps, its a finanical thing as well.

mine was my daily up till they gave me a co ute now I get withdrawals and have to drive it at least once in the work week then all weekend, the ute is such a pig. -

Hey Dan I was talking to you about turbos and fuel consumption last thursday and how my car sits on boost at 100+ km/hr and never got to ask if there is a compatiable turbo that wouldn't see boost till 3500rpm or so, I haven't got a clue if this is a good idea or not but am interested to hear your opinion.

260kws is pushing the stock internals to their limits (isn't it?) if you want to do it once it should handle it.

I bought my car for various reasons, it isn't a ford or holden, it has potential for much higher power with minor mods, it looks good (to me) and is a well built, reliable car. The same can be said about other imports but I'm extreemly happy with mine. -

Fuel pump, fuel regulator, engine management, for 11sec you'll need over 300kw (?) so you'll also need rods and pistons and probabaly cams and a good tuner.

do a search for diagnostics as the r33 can tell you whats wrong up to a point, does your steering go heavy when the light comes on?

Copped some abuse b4 xmas, I was at a local roundabout and this sheila stopped the other side and leaned out her window and gave me the forks and abuse I couldnt hear, was so funny I cracked up pointing at her she laughed as well! I wonder if she is a mamber here?

Dam! I would have a clean record if I knew this stalling stuff and kept the Co car BUT I did learn a lesson and it made me a better driver or a slippery one I cant figure which.

Fix Or Repair Daily As a fitter I deal with tolerances all the time and I was interested to learn that Aus (and USA) have a poor tolerance scheme compared to Nippon and Germany their machinery is better and overall quality stanadards higher on most of their cars, but we're not talking budget cars here.
