  1. Dont give them the car untill the cheque clears or get THEM to do a rush clearance. You will need a roadworthy cert and make sure they change the rego as you can't, its up to them.
  2. If the carbie has a float in it, it wont work
  3. RACQ &/or NRMA have a inspection service that is fairly comprhensive.
  4. PMs sent to all enquirers Just to make it clear the mesh in the pic is of what I call a sheet.
  5. Having had my car for over a year now and taking it from stock to over 200kw was/is exciting in more ways than one. Theres the satisfaction of knowing that with the press of the pedal I can GO without worrying about it. Thens theres the great feeling that I know exactly why it is going so good, whats been done to make it go so well, and if I want I can get even more out of it. Until recently I really didnt appreciate how great a drive these cars are, as it was my daily driver, I had become lulled to driving experience that is the skyline, but that changed when I was given a company ute (its a Nissaan), now every so often I get home and just have to take it out for drive, the sheer driving pleasure is second to none and if I can find ways to improve on it, well godamit I will.
  6. PM sent
  7. Once again I have saved some mesh from being thrown away. I have 5 sheets. Mesh is measured by the size of the holes in it and a 10mm drill will fit through the holes in a 10mm sheet. The larger the holes the bigger the gauge of wire used. I have 1 * 10mm sheet 1 * 8mm sheet 1 * 6mm sheet 2 * 2mm sheets They are hard to get rid of as the last lot I had hung around for ages, so if you want any just ask and its yours. I have used as much as I can on my car so I dont want any, I just hate to see this stuff thrown away and wasted.
  8. jetspeed quoted around $800- $1000 when i got mine 1 yr ago they were around the 2k mark but through stephen it cost me $1100
  9. I bought my bonnet through Stephen22 (a member on here) and Jetspeed said they do them too. Bonnet pins would be a good idea as it flexes heaps at speed esp if following something creating heaps of turbulence.

  15. save your money and pay in cash, they go all gooey when you thump a big wad in front of them and usually drop the price quite a bit, if you want finance be prepared to pay for it because from what info your given so far they'll rip you till you bleed. Be prepared for insurance as well because they wont finance without it. AND if you pay off early, pay everything except the last thousand and there will be no slug.
