All the best for your dyno day. Unfortunately the last time my car was on the dyno, it had to be taken off the road and hasn't been on the road since. As Nathan said, you will probably get 2-3 Supra's there.

Hi all I have a strange request in relation to the dyno day held last year at ESP on Sunday 10 July 2011. My request is if anyone that witnessed my car (blue Supra, rego RP 071) on the dyno during the 1st run and noticed the AFR reading inside the shop on the monitor, would you be able to Private Message me as to your thoughts on just that. I would like to keep it to a PM and happy to discuss it there only. Also, if anyone has been taken for a drive in my car without me driving, I would also like to hear from you. Thanks in advance. Ross

Feel free to PM me with recent workshop experience with ESP. They have been working on my Supra for the last 5-6 years and a LOT has changed in that time !!

Thanks to everyone that turned up today to make it such a good day. I have to say thanks to Kat and Nathan for making the day run so smooth. I'm now off to straighten my back out and hopefully watch Webber win an F1 race this year... Thanks again and catch you all at the next outing, motorkhana, Temora, WSID ?? maybe in that order...

Sorry, I didn't realise it wasn't changed on here, but yes, it is more of a Toyota v Nissan type deal now due to the lack of numbers. Categories for prizes are the same as last year but this time participants will vote for the car for that prize and you cannot vote for the same car twice. This way everyone has a shot of winning something. Bring a chair as we don't have access to chairs like last year. I'm not too fussed as to how/what this event reflects on me as this is the last time I'm organising something like this. If you don't enjoy yourself then feel free to blame it on me...

We have 20 people paid with a number of people saying that they will pay on the day, we should end up with 30 cars on the day. If not, should be a good day. Catch you all on Sunday.
-
We have 15 paid up which is a great effort.
-
To secure a spot for the day, go to the first post for payment details, otherwise you can take a punt and pay on the day, but if by chance we fill 30 spots then it's first in first serve with prepayments taking priority.
-
Cheers mate. The Nissan flag is flying extremely strong and will far outweigh the Toyota one. We're not getting a lot of response from the Toyota owners...

It's definitely on !!

Can't say I didn't try... I was hoping to have my car back this weekend but I've just been told that it's going to be another week, then a weekend to run it in before the final tune. With the luck I have had in the last 9 months, I'm going to back myself out for participating for this event...

Punters that have made payment and only 2 Supra's that I know of in this list. Luke Yiannis Kat EIJI Sir son of rajab Van Von dyno day Patrick Phil Cejay Leigh Richard Andrew Andrew W

I would be surprised if any stock Supra's turn up, only got 2 paid for so far, which is very poor.
-
I can assure you that you will not have the lowest power figures on the day. There are a number of stock Celica's that will turn up, that's 1970's stock Celica's !!!
-
I put that in a number of weeks ago and I wasn't sure if it stuck on the website, but hey so it did. The only way to ensure your spot is to deposit your $50 into the account details listed on the front page. If you have to drop out for any reason I can organise a refund for you. Cheers Ross

Hi all Just letting you know that the format for this day has changed slightly. It will be more of a Toyota v Nissan dyno day, plus whatever else turns up. I have canned the charity idea as the Red Cross are being very unreasonable and I personally will not be donating any more of my time or money to them again. The Canberra Celica Group will be joining us and they will be running the BBQ. With this in mind, to ensure your spot on the day, you must deposit $50 into the account on the front page. I will get a list up tomorrow of who has paid. Cheers Ross
-
Yes a full refund will be available. Feel free to post it up on other forums, but I might be able to get the local Canberra Celica Group to join us and we could change the day to Toyota v Nissan. If you have been to any local event in Canberra then you would have seen them around, top guys and they do an awesome barbie !!

Hi all Just to let you know that there are 9 spots paid for, 6 Skyline's, 2 Supra's and a 10 second Corolla. There are 3 Supra owners (myself included) that are unsure as work is still being completed on the cars. We are re-thinking sending money to the Red Cross as they have given me 2 days to send all the paperwork to them and they will not budge on this, so we might can this all together, but I will let you all know as soon as I can. Keep spreading the word and continue with the trash talk... Cheers Ross

I'm planning on going to this and it's estimated that we will be cracking 300 km/h, if I do then great, but then we have around 450 metres to stop. This bit worries me...

Sorry, sense of humors belong to Soarer owners, cause you have to live with your decision. Supra owners are just wankers cause we think we're better than everyone else. I'm a huge wanker...
