hey, i can get a HKS acutator delivered from japan for $140, just wondering is it worth putting that onto the turbo, i bought this rb25 turbo for my rb20 and doesnt have one so i just saw the hks 1 and was wondering what people think about them, cheers JV

hey, ive posted up of sd but no1 has responded so im still a bit confused, i have wiring diagrams for both the RB20e and the RB20det, the main problem is there are 3 plugs near the computer which would control air con and some power features and stuff all in behind the dash, because im doing the conversion on a nissan laurel and the engine and loom and stuff i got out of r32 some of those plugs dont line up, there are 2 green plugs on the rb20det loom and only 1 on the laurel loom, has any1 does this conversion before and do i need to start swapping plugs round etc?, anyways any help on looms would be great, Cheers JV

Hey, After a RB20DET package, engine has to be fully running maybe from some1 doing at conversion to a 25, need the gear box, loom, computer, engine, turbo, can go without loom, gear box, and turbo as i have spare but would like to keep that for myself as im doing the conversion for a mate, give me a pm with price, and will go from there, (HAS TO BE BRISBANE OR GOLDCOAST)

yeah u can pick up all the parts for about $800, very easy to do, if you look next to the brake pedal from the inside its already marked for where the clutch pedal/master has to go, if you get a mechanic to do it will cost you roughly around $1500 maybe more and dno how long they might screw you round for or what dodgey stuff they do, i say buy all the parts yourself so you know whats going into it, you wont need many tools either, a few spanners a drill, breaker bar and just the usual stuff, JV

hey got a pic of the clutch from my spare RB20, if the clucth has this mark on the pressure plate does that mean the bearing is gone? have a look at the pic, if you pull out your gear box and its the same then that might be the noise, JV
