Hey Matt, i had it all installed on a stock motor and it was runnin about 12psi and it was close to 200rwkw, so that would not be an issue, and its made from mild steel not stainless, all painted black, but i wrapped all the cooler piping in thermo tape which i can also supply if you want some as well... Steve
