Hey dudes. Just finished of my little project cruiser... and want to get started on someting new. Something for track work that is driftable. Basically want to start with a bare shell and start the ground up rebuild. I could not give a shit about body work.. not that i want something really damaged or rusted out.. just not going to be fussy over shopping trolley dints etc. Anyway let me know. I want something STRIPPED OF EVERYTHING because the Dash will consist of a Tacho a Speedo and a few other essential guages (boost etc.). Interior of 1/2 buckets and a roll cage. Basically.. gunna go all out on suspension and a moderate state of tune on the motor. Thanks everyone!.

Option house Performance Alot better than some of the tanks i have seen (IE, square tanks with inlet/outlet welded at right angles) They have the inner welds filed for better dispersion.. i agree.. not the best looking but if you after better looking coolers your going to have to pay more. This flow pretty darn well.. its functional not fasionable.

R33 Gts-t Skyline Sedan For Sale
Ballistic replied to a topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
if its non turbo Its a GTS hence no T. -
hey guys. Just been speaking to a guy that sests up my guitar stuff - he is exremely handy with things like fibreglassing (ie. he built his own light aircraft) and the dash panels he made up for the aircraft were carbon fibre. I asked him if he was interested in doing more carbon fobre stuff for cars and he said he would be. So i want to check out some carbon fibre guards and a bonnet to see how they are made. what support they use under the bonnet and thickness etc. After that i will buy a GTR bonnet and sit down with him to make some air ducts in it to release heat. Then we will make up carbon fibre bonnets and sell them.. may also hav a variety of styles. So if anyone in brisbane can help me out by letting me check out their carbon fibre bonnet . guards and take some digi pics it would be much appreciated. Also looking at dooing carbon fibre dash inserts to. And this is Real carbon fibre - not that fake ass film stuff.

preferebly QLD .... cmon I have someone with funds prepared to start a serious skyline project. someone out the must have something. If panels are damaged, needs to be front end with no structural damage (unless you want to let her go for jack all)

I will take a non ball bearing one of this type, or ball bearing If one is for sale. As long as it has the T2x Flange.. not the T3 one. ie. Non RB T28

How Is Your Drift Suspension Set up?
Ballistic replied to Ballistic's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
I know you "can" drift with such a standard wet up and some boost, but what im saying is.. what setings is everyone using.. what combination of suspension components works best for these cars in drift situations. What modifications have people made to the car in order to fine tune their drifting experiences. -
Sup Boys, Just startin a thread to find out what suspension set ups everyone is using, and how effective it has been to drift with. Also what tyre/rim combo you have, and how you have achieved (if at all) an even weight distribution. Pretty much everything except the Motor side of things (unless you must). Maybe put what power you are putting out at the wheels. Thanks Guys.. responses should be helpfull and interesting!

Warning, Warning, Warning!!!!!
Ballistic replied to 600hp's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
I have Bought a cooler off this guy in the past. Had no problems, was a K&J core, welding seemed good. Took a week and a half to get to brisbane. Was a good price. Only issues were. The measurements i was given for core size was 600x300x76, when i finially got the cooler it was 600x280x73. Sure it aint that much but i would of thought the measurements would of been as quoted. It doesn't make it any less of a cooler at all. When i reang him the excuse was, "thats the size of the cores we got in when we made yours. If it is really a probly, you can send it back and i will make you another one for the same price" I would have done this however i had 2 issues. 1 was the issue of freight paying, 2 the issue of time and 3 in the past i have seen the workmanship some buisness's do for people that complain. Shit thats 3.... In the end i am not botherered though as the end result was still a very descent cooler for a good price. I also think that whenever someone is buying something they should ask for pictures. If you want to go over the top, get him to send you a written quote/guarentee as to the quality of the product. Just my 2c... actually thats about $5, My knowledge is expensive -
Dont take them down too soon! Im on dial up and work full time!

Where would i find GTR R33 Rear Quarter Panels.
Ballistic replied to Ballistic's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
ah.. we have a cunny funt. :tomato: :upurs: -
I love the fat look of an r33 rather than the slender look of a 32. Dont know why. Especially when you slap some degree of bar on them, wether it be the 400R or the GTR bar, they piss all over the 32 looks wise. 32 doesn't responde as well to body mods either. also in my experience the 33 has responded better to first round of mods ie. Filter, cooler, boost up. What are the torque differences between the two cars in relatively stock trim? 33 seems more seat of your pants quick.
