hey harry
have you looked at the type of material for being used for your turbo studs?
i only ask as we were having the same problem once. it turned out to be the material the studs were made of , they were turning to jelly when hot and stretching,
i thought they were using genuine studs and they werent! the turbos nearly fell off!!
hey roy
we only use 30/60 garnet, as it is to hard for us to change media as there is more than 8 ton in the hopper all the time!
yeah it's a bloody big unit, over seventy foot long & twenty feet high!
i will ask mark , he quotes but bloody cheap for you
we wouldnt blast the large outside flat panel areas, as they stretch, but all the floor inside and out wheel arches, engine bay, boot etc would all get done
just thought would post up this vid willo sent me?(thanks mate)
if your bored!!
just playing around at paul's timeattack day in a motorkhana he setup, this was my second run, not reving at all just learning the course, the next run was with some revs! good fun tho
the rb30 bottom has been supplied by hi octane racing , i am pretty sure it has a billet crank cradle but i havent seen it yet ,
dry sump system is being sorted out. yes 500 kw is about what we are looking for, but must keep throttle response and good power under the curve
yeah thanks dunc, we made need to make a couple of carbon were plates were most of the stones get thrown.
similar to dirt rally cars but smaller & not as heavy duty
hi mate
i need to get down to another one of your days , fantastic days!!
are you racing at the moment? buy a porsche yet or an aussie car! hehe
ahve to catch up again this year
cheers russ
imo, get the weight out of an r35 and it will a fantastic all rounder, super weight distribution, larger cube engine and great gearbox
not sure how much power the driveline will handle though?
