yeah too many gtr's! (mind you they are mark's as well!!) my wife is really getting the shits and had enough! but i just cant help it a lovem!! and just amazed at the new car that nissan have delivered!

r35 will get caged, exhaust , hopefully ecu modifier of some description for boost fuel timing & speed limiter, terratrip, seats, harness it will be stripped out of alot of interior and not much else at this stage, want to be able to run buller and things like that. the r34 will be 3ltr, autronic, hollinger, v8 supecar brakes, full ikeya arms, carbon doors and bonnet, caged, single seat, as light as possible for pure time attack events. nearly all these parts are here just waiting for the bloody car!!

well just thought, i would anounce i have a black r35 coming which should be hear in april and i cant tell ya how excited i am!!!!! hopefully a few guys on this forum can make it out to the track when it gets hear, as we will try to get it out to QR before we start changing it. i intend to have a section of the build process on that and the r34 timeattack car. russ

The new event will be called Superlap and will be run at Oran park website coming in the next few weeks! TWO CLASSES (should stop ,the what catorgorizes a street car argument) CLUB & PRO different sub catorgories in each class, which dont quote me, but i think are 4WD, 2WD & N/A Hopefully it will be a top event! trophies and prizemoney! bored tonight so just posted two vids for fun , first one is 1000mtr airport run in the QLD dutton last year. , speed topped out somewhere around 275 /280 not sure wasnt really looking! next one is way back Vic dutton 2005 , thought i would put it up for a laugh just me overcooking underbrakes! had a nice set of new front AP's i was trying out! hehe standard rears the car has changed some much since then it's ridiculous!! was dam good fun though!

yes correct, no way would a semi compound shod z tune beat a v8 supercar around the bathurst track!! period but dont be fooled given the fact v8 supercars have to run to rules and gtr club cars dont , there a quite a few 2.6 litre gtr's getting around that would spank a v8 supercar on the straights for outright broad power including ours! we have a higher top speed on all four straights on queensland raceways national circuit (above 200kph on the inner two straights, 250 on the front and 280 on the back straight)but slower under brakes and in the turns ( slick vs semi, better suspension, brakes, balance and a myriad of other things) cheers russ

dont take it to the track!! is my advice unless other mods have been carried out. would hate to see you blow your new motor! allways run your oil level over full.

yep the new engine, all alloy block , but without cylinder liners!! instead a o.15 plasma sprayed bore which they must be concerned about & want to keep an eye on i would say. i will almost guarantee that one of the first rebuild mods will be to put liners in the bores. mind you it will effect weight balance by a few kilograms (but then again so do i)

haha!! thats fantastic! really nice! i supercharged a ba xr8 falcon ute but was fairly under whelmed by it! should have turbo it! top stuff! fantastic with the 4wd!

haha your a classic! i am hopefull of something good for all of us to race at, at the end of the day some cars were alot more modified than others at Tsukuba, it didnt matter everyone could see the differences when a car on street tyres was tearing round doing 1:01's everyone new it was a great effort!
