Yeah it's real hard to tell, as it is coming from the front of the diff around the front cover. I have checked to make sure the front cover and diff housing are flat and even machined a couple of thou off the front cover. I have even tried making a gasket for the cover and an number of different sealant's and still no joy.

I am currently running a Castrol Synthetic gear oil in there. I have cleaned it down and inspected it a number of times now. The leak is only a very minor leak. BUT it is a oil leak and that's just not allowed.

Hey all I've got a Oz Del R32 GTR and have been having alot of problem's with a oil leak on the front diff. I have replace the pinion seal and axel seal's and sealed the front cover, but it still seem's to be leaking oil. The leak looks to be coming from around the front cover. Does any one know if there was a batch of Porous diff housings or not. Cheers. Craig.
