I have searched but couldent find any info on how to change the timing belt. Any tutorials anybody?

can the bucket shim type be fitted to an rb25dert head? or would you be better of fitting a rb26 head if its possible?

guess its the 4" or the pipe then, what about the sensor on the standard cat?... is it a temp or an oxygeon sensor and is that why the engine would run rich if it where gutted? ill try the pipe trick and test it but does that mean i fit the sensor to the peice of pipe?... how important is the sensor?

i dont thiink the vl systyme would fit real well, your proberly best to get one made custom for a 31...youl be suprised how cheap youl will get one made if you look around.

A freind of mine tells me i need a high flow catr to make more power, i have a complete 3" systyme and a standard 3" cat. Does the high flow make that much difference, what about dropping the standard one and slightly damaging it...lol, would this have a better effect on performance? what you guys &gals reckon?

Yes i agree with you on that!! Turbolite not being a full synthetic.....Bad news!! , it just means your paying an extra $20.00 per four litres just for the name, its crazy! The only oils we should be paying the $ for are full synthetics! Anyone using Royal purple oils??

Mmmm id defently be changing at 5000ks or well under that depending on how padentic you are, iv seen 1st hand the deposits of alloy dags and other general production rubish that gets left in the engines oil gallerys. Remove the filter strip it down and have a close look, you may be extremely supsised of what you find. oil shoul be changed as reguarly as possible, Its just a matter of how much damage you want to do to your engine as apposed to your wallet...lol

SORRY DUDE I CANT help you out much, however i understand that most of the guys doing regular track work dont like to go bigger than 17s. anyway i have a gtst and am in the same boat as you tryn to decide what size, i reckon 18s

I Have Just Being Given A R33 Gts Diff, I Own A Gtst. Can Anyone Tell Me If They Are The Same. Maybee The Gts/gtst/gtr All Use Same Diff Centers? Anyone That Knows About This Please Let Me Know About It Thanks

Just wondering if any one is using a trust or greddy intake manifold and if so why you whent that way and would you recomend it. i know there dear to buy but hopefully have one sorted at the right price. i thaught it would be good because it means less piping and would suit further devolopment of the engine?

does a RB25DET water pump have anything in commen with a RB30 one? i think the gaskets are the same

i would have thaught lifters were more noisy when engine is warm and oil thins out?

just wondering what oil you guys recomend for the r33. also like to hear anything that you may have heard good or bad bout different engine oils
