Hi Guys, I know its the "wrong forum" but im gonna try coz i want them out of my house. I have an SR20DET & SR20DE Location: Sydney SR20DET: Good Condition. Basically Block + Head + Manifold. Un-known KM's. Tested Over a year ago and working fine. This would be ideal for someone looking to do a cheap turbo conversion to there pulsar. SR20DE: Running but not in the best condition, blows out some smoke. It was originally bought for spare parts for the DET but no time to do either so up for sale they go. Anyone who buys the SR20DET can take the SR20DE for free to have as spare parts. Price: Looking around $1500 all up. (I want them gone so make me an offer). I will have pics up later on tonight. I watched the game at Brighton (Sydney), it was obviously full of Greeks, but when the aussie's scored, people still cheered which was good. The game finished, Greece lost, flares still went off and everyone was celebrating. Night went off pretty much incident free suprisingly (expect for some lebanese guys that came down with a lebanese flag just trying to cause trouble).

Ive got an Xforce on my car. 3 inch to cat, 3.5 inch back. I will try and record it tomorrow. Mine is mild steel and i got it for 650 from a guy in Maroubra. He sells on ebay i think.

I have never actually been "ripped off" on ebay, you just gotta be aware of the fake copies going around nowadays. I bought a "Blitz" pod filter. When i got it, it was a supercheap pod with a blitz sticker on it..... Check the sellers rating and feeback. If your buying something for your car on ebay and its a "China" copy, make sure it has no moving parts.....ie steering wheel vs a turbo.

From the look of your AFR's it seems to be running lean...when it runs lean it'll make more power, but is not very safe... I would look into getting a cheap SAFC which will fix your afrs and make the car alot safer. 13.5 AFR is pretty dangerous, should sit around or below the 12.

I'd like to see a NSX-R up against a 400R....that'll be a close one...

Would anyone have something similar on a RB25? How would this be compared to the standard rb25 turbo....?

I have the standard SII turbo....or so i think its standard....my car made 210rwkw with 11psi of boost with just cooler, safc & xhaust.... i'd prob be looking to be somewhere around the 250rwkw mark (with supporting mods of course) If anyone on here can give some advice on this turbo it would be much appreciated. Hey mate, I remember in the thread you started about this turbo you mentioned there was a squeel at low rpms, or something similar? I would be quite interested in swapping. Would you know when full boost would be on a rb25? Don't want anything too laggy....but if its on full boost by 4k should be alrite.... Thanks Stel

Yeh i am getting spikes as well at night.... I had it set to 12 psi and it jumped to 15.5. Car just started spluttering so i just turned it down. I guess best thing to do is adjust it now that winter is coming to 9 psi on a normal day and you may jump up to 11.5 on a cold night.... What are you using to control boost? Ive got the Turbotech controller. An EBC would surely fix the problem?

I put an SAFC on mine and it cleaned the AFR's alot. Got from 187kw with close to 13 AFRs to 207kw with 11.4 AFRs. Best $100 ive ever spent.

I get about 350km per tank and thats with putting 55L in. I drive alot of highway and im rarely on boost.... : Think its time to change o2 sensor... What else you guys think should be changed... I used the Nulon fuel system cleaner and that got me from 310km to 350km per tank... that was a once off and the fuel economy is the same. Can the fuel filter cause a problem? The car is making 215rwkw with afrs of 11.4.
