HKS turbos are more efficient in the higher boost levels compared to the Garrett turbos aren’t they???

hey guys as topic says mite be able to get my hands on a pair of HKS GT-SS turbos 2000kms old since new for $2k. Is that a good price or an average price? Compared to the stock turbos are these a desent upgrade are they bigger then the GTR n1 turbos? and would they easily reach over the 400hp mark? cheers
