    Thank you very much guys,the one I have at the mom was second hand,lasted a couple of years so maybe a new one will last longer I do over 30000 is a year so need one that will last a while. :-)

    Terry check the phone book or the south coast register, I used a plumber recently forget his name, Had a blocked sewer pipe, don't get the work done on a Saturday, cost me 300 bucks they charge Like a wounded bull. :-)
