you can go up 2inchs, so 18s are a max for you. width noidea, aslong as you dont increase your overall track

that looks like a oil filter to me (the light blue thing) if it is, then you have a relocating kit for it, mabey oil is leaking out the sandwhich plate onto the block. Did you check your oil level? its probably running hot cause you have none in there? Is there any oil in the catch can? -
