How much PAYG tax did you actually pay? If your an apprentice then its possible you only paid $2200. Remember you can't get back more than what you've actually paid in PAYG. From what I remember (I work in audit not tax) you can only claim tools in lump sums of up to $1000, other wise you have to claim the depreciation over a few years (which can work in your favor) Go see a Tax Accountant (NOT a chain of accountants who seem to Have an office on eveRy block, not mentioning any names). Most it will cost you is $100, and you can claim that as a deduction next year.

If the exhaust housing is worrying anyone, you can get new housings for a few hundred, and it still works out cheaper than buying new.

Selling the covers as I no longer have a RB25 build happening.

I have a set of RB25 cam covers with speedflow -10 fittings already welded on if you where interested? PM me if your keen. Will be cheaper than having your welded! Steve

Due to a change in setup I am selling my Garrett GT35R. T3 foot print, with a .63 rear housing. Comes brand new in box, I have had the front cover polished professionally by Ultrachrome, and the baby (.63) 4 bolt rear housing has been ceramic coated in black by the guys at CIC. As the pictures show it is brand new. $1500, Located in Western Australia, will post Australia wide at buyers expense.

Is the stock rear due to the fuel cell?

This thread never fails to cheer me up. Nick you mentioned that you moved the exhaust up so it sits closer to the stock rear bumper. Are you ditching the kit? R31 House lip kit?
