  2. LATE UPDATED POST - SORRY! TEINS ARE SOLD Hi Everyone, I have my TEIN HA's for sale. Front & Rear coilovers & TEIN Springs (+Tein Strut Tops). All are in Great (VERY GOOD) Condition. I have just had the full Whiteline/Bilestein set-up (From SydneyKid's group buy) installed, so these are now for sale. PRICE: - $500 for the lot. Pick up (Melbourne Buyers prefered), but I am willing to post at buyers expense. I am located in Mooroolbark, VICTORIA. I also have STD R33 GTS-T front & rear Swaybars for sale. ($30 each or both for $50). +POSTAGE Both are in excellent condition. Lastly, I have 4 (2 rear/2 front) STD R33 GTS-T Shocks & springs. (BUT - They do not have the strut-tops, as I had to buy these because of my TEIN strut-tops were no good for my Whiteline Springs). All in excellent condition, although missing strut-tops. Price - $40 each or $100 for all 4 shocks/springs). + POSTAGE. Everything will fit a Series 1 or Series 2 R33 GTS-T.   3. Hi everyone, Looking to get rid of (SWAP) my GTR carbon fibre wing inserts for the Nismo Inserts. If anyone has any they would like to swap or know any shops that would do it, please let me know ASAP. My GTR inserts are genuine & in as new condition, so I'm looking for the same condition Nismo items. They are still on the R33 GTR adjustable rear wing/bootlid combo that is soon to be fitted to my GTS-T. Cheers, Chris
  4. Hi everyone, I have 2 Orginal GTR carbon fibre wing inserts, that I would like to swap with someone who has the Nismo carbon fibre inserts for the R33 GTR rear wing. For those who havn't read any of my posts, I have a 285rwkw (soon to be 300rwkw) GTS-T in it's final weeks of Mods (New bodykit & Polar White + Pearl Re-Spray), so I don't really want the GTR ones, but they look great & Nismo inserts would suit my car better. If anyone knows of any shops that would also do the swap, please let me know ASAP. Cheers, Chris.
  5. ECU - Still for sale. (it is for a SERIES 2 ENGINE) - $200 firm +post STD R33 (series 2) injectors still for sale $90.00 - posted. I still have the CAT - Free to a good home. (can pick-up or pay post) 3.5" Cat, off a Jasma system. STD R33 GTS-T - Turbo Exhaust Manifold & heat shield - $50 + post I will post pics when I get my mobile phone connector lead for the computer.   6. Sorry mate, just checked my old CAT in the garage, it isn't standard it is 3.5" also. So the exhaust is 3.5" Turbo back. The fuel regualtor was around $100 on EBAY, but I do advise you to spend a bit more. I had to put a SARD one my car for it's latest mods. (now the car is 285RWKW & will be 300 soon) (Garrett GT30 Turbo). I paid $318.20 for it to be supplied and fitted. I had pretty good fuel economy with the SAFC 2, but it all depends on how you drive it. I could get around 450km per tank driving "normally" or only 250 to 300 when planting the foot. I still can get 400 - 450 km to a tank now , but only if I drive like a Grandma. B) BUT - Only 200 km per tank if I want yo hear my Screamer pipe Hope this helps. Cheers Chris
  7. Thanks Gary, that is better logic. From now on I will change my fuel filter more often. How often is satisfactory, in your opinion but not overkill? 10,000km or more/less? P.S - I managed to sort the strut-top problems out for my new Whiteline/Bilstein kit - should have the car back Thursday night. Cheers Chris B)
  8. I've got a Walbro intank & a Bosch 044 with sealed surge tank. Both are plumbed in series & I havn't had any problems. Both myself & Ben at RacePace Motorsport was happy with the end result - 285RWKW. I will be replacing my 10psi Wastegate spring in soon with a 14.5 or 15psi spring to try & reach 300RWKW. I always fill up when the tank reaches 1/4 full or just under, due to any crap which might be sucked through the system. It might sound like I'm being too careful, but I know alot of people who do the same thing in different stock cars aswell. Cheers
  9. Hi, If anyone has any STD R33 GTS-T- Top Bearing Plates (strut tops) for the shocks/springs please let me know ASAP. I know that I will most likely have to buy the full strut, but if I have to, then I have to! I have my car in the shop at the moment & I didn't realise (My fault I should have done proper checks beforehand) that my Tein HA suspension had the TEIN/aftermarket Top Bearing plates fitted. The guys working on it are having major stress & need to get them so they can finish installing my Whiteline/Billes. full setup I bought the other day. Victoria sellers prefered, but not essential. Hi Mate, I made 213RWKW@14psi (std turbo)(before my new mods were finished )using the following mods: Full rebuild - RB25DET (headwork inc) Bosch 044 Fuel pump & surge tank (in boot setup) Monza fuel 1:1 rising rate regulator Apexi SAFC 2 Apexi GT Spec FMIC Jasma 3.5" Turbo back exhaust system (4"tip) K&N Pod filter (the large one, can't remember what model) HKS SSQ BOV Cusco Oil catch can Everything else was std (injectors, coils, turbo, manifold, AFM etc.. I have memories of other people posting better power figures while using the std injectors (with different mods to mine though) so do a search & you might find some more info.   11. Hi Mate, I just got my Tein HA's taken off today (Front & rear shocks with springs). These are fully adjustable (very easy job) gas shockers and I think you would know this brandname & their reputation. They have done around 65,000 km and are in still very good condition. I changed them because I bought a new Whiteline/Billestine Full Suspension Kit from SydneyKid's group buy. If you are interested, You can have all four Shocks & springs for $400.00 I am in Mooroolbark, VICTORIA, so if you are local you can also come and have a look and pick up if they are what you want. I also have the STD R33 GTS-T rear & front stabilizer bars for sale if interested. I will be posting everything on the for sale section tomorrow morning. Cheers Chris (0404323989)

Everyone who's worried about putting money down first, I'll put it clearly: DONT WORRY -- PERFECT TRANSACTION, PERFECT COMMUNICATION, VERY FAST SHIPMENT TO VICTORIA & REMEMBER - GARY WILL LOOK AFTER YOU!   14. No, Ben didn't rebuild my engine. He was too busy at the time I needed it done. I was a little uneasy getting it done somewhere else, but it all turned out Great. Ben was very happy with the engine build, he looked at my spec sheet and had a good listen and the tuning went well to. I got CaveHill Engines in Lilydale, they have built alot of Race engines and RB engines in the past. - Highly recommended It took about 5 weeks to do (including OS Giken Twin plate clutch and flywheel), I supplied a few parts (GTR RODS, BOLTS, Clutch & flywheel, etc..) Ben at RacePace did my Turbo/Manifold?Wastegate/PowerFC setup & I got the result I was after. Cheers Chris

No worries Ash, I havn't got that much to do to complete the car - Whiteline complete kit (from Sydneykid's group buy) a full respray (not including engine bay) & I couldn't help myself the other day when I bought a GTR bootlid & adj. rear wing 400R Bar & grill (one peice), side skirts & a Trial rear bar (I couldn't find the 400R rear bar with spats)
  16. Hi mate, My clutch set-up is very good. I never had a std clutch in my car so I can't really compare that much. The last clutch I had was something aftermarket but never found out what model. The OS Giken Twin Plate & flywheel is very strong and should handle 300rwkw easily on the street. I won't be racing my car alot, so I don't need to worry.. The only thing that I have noticed is that the clutch grabs hard, and takes a bit getting use to. I stalled my car 3 times on the way home from Lilydale to Woori Yallock, when living there & I have used varying manual transmissions all my life. It only took about a week though before it seems like any other clutch. Overall, I think that if you want a good reliable twin plate clutch, the OS Giken is a good choice, but it is worth checking out some others (in cars) if possible, to see the differences.   19. Ash, I just asked Ben about the dump pipe and screamer pipe. 3" Dump (3.5" would have been good though!) - Maybe one day, who knows. 2" Screamer
  20. Thanks Gary The tuning is Excellent (RacePace Motorsport) EXHAUST - well it is a fairly used, but new CAT, JASMA 3.5" system - might check again. Intercooler, used but seems to be working fine (Apexi GT Spec, could do with upgraded pipes maybe? CAMS - STD RB25DET Valve Springs - I think these are std, but I will double check. Head Porting - This was done properly, full rebuild with a excellent porting job Plenum is STD (Before Turbo/ECU/Mnifold/Inj/Coils (etc) mods were done the fully rebuilt engine made 213RWKW at 14psi using Apexi FMIC, SAFC 2, Bosch 044 fuel pump & surge tank etc.. BOOST cut was the restriction here, I think if it was dynoed with the Power FC then, it would have kept going a fair bit more. Cheers Chris

  22. Are Cams the best way to reduce Boost levels, but keeping the power high? I wouldn't mind trying other things first, without having to put cams in.
  23. My fuel economy is pretty good - 450 to 500km driving normally. If I put the foot down, I will only get 200 or so? Does this sound right? - I/m not really thinking about cams now, it is a daily driver with a few drag meets now and then and maybe a few races on the circut for fun. Cheers Chris
