  3. From my understanding there isn't a whole heap involved but it does require datalogit to make the necassary changes.   4. Sounds like you have had some mixed results cobber, shame really cause you always here people recommend to go there becuase of there customer service. The graph doesn't look that bad but as mentioned it doesn't look like boost creep with the dip... From what i've read (i have based my opinion on so please dont get your knickers in a knot ) but you would have to accept some of the responsiblity when it comes to what fuel you are running to get the car tuned too (98 or 95RON) and also letting them know what mods you had in the car and what you wanted from the tune. I know you said you weren't allowed to hang around (some tuners will do that) as it can slow things up and cost you more, BUT they still should of spent a little time with you before and after to discuss what you wanted/happened. Being an auto i would say thats why they have loaded it up in 3rd for the tune, could & most probably very wrong with that assumption but if you take into account being an auto, with auto rear the ratio's are obviously different if it was a manual. If your not happy (which you obviously are not) then i would go back and let them know that and also see what you/they can do to fix it, be it a little more time on the rollers for 98RON and up the boost a little. At the end of the day its only a figure on a bit of paper chief, whats important is how it drives on the road Keeps us informed how it all goes, im interested to hear what they have to say if you go back!!!   5. Its already been done and run cobber, there are a few people running moddified 25/26 PFC to suit the 20. Paul sold his loom to Mafia who has since gone on to getting it running in his car. It requires a few changed to run on RB20 but will be within the next few weeks once the new owner takes possesion JP you can buy a 25/26 PFC for $800-900 and i know someone else that can do the modification for you (shouldn't charge but if it is it wouldn't be much) which saves your brother having to fart arse around with it

  7. Really depends on what you want to do with the car to a degree. Obviously they all have pro's & con's and you have to look at which suits your needs the best... PFC you have the versatility of being able to pretty much take it to any tuner here in Tassie and afar, but then there is the added hassels of AFM's for you. Autronic would be my choice but again depends if your talking a daily driver set up, track car, weekend racer or ricer

  11. You would get that in pretty easy and its ample for a daily, woudln't want much more or its just an inconvience if you ask me. Im aiming for 230kw so i got 25kws to pick up

  14. Its dodgy and doesn't work in some cases and i want to tidy it up. Trying to trace back some of the wires is an absolute nightmare though I have to modify and rewire my headlights so i can actually see at night, fix ALL the wiring behind the dash and wire in the gauges. Where the little shiznits broke in and destroyed the ignition barrel/wiring i have to fix that as well along with removing the earth kit that was in the car.
  15. Pretty impressive figure cobber, any plans to use the car for anything in particular at all??? UPDATE FOR ME: shopping list is getting smaller and car is getting closer to being on the road again My electrical issue's will be the "slowing factor" as its a bigger job than i anticipated, damn Japanese and there scotch locks

  19. Not without the loom and appropriate changes to PFC. Have a look in FI at the thread it will answer all your questions but short version yes it can be done and has been
  20. Dude just stick with Kuc he already know's the cars history and whats been done so doesnt have to waist time there. If cost is an issue (which normally is for everyone) then let him know not to spend more than 1-2 hours on it if he really has no idea and doesn't look like solving the problem/s. It still sounds like a turbo seal though to me Other than that i would say speak to Summer's but other than being flat out he is off his feet at the moment crook as a dog.

  22. Hey cobber id really like to stick to PFC just becuase of the tuning options (can see multiple tuners) and having the ability to see knock, engine readings. I had a look at those cam gears a few weeks ago, $85 each + postage isn't bad but haven't heard anyone running them yet... The cam package is more expensive than if i buy locally PM me with some more info though as i wouldn't mind having a look
