Tim the only real problem you will find running with pads like the DS3000's, PAGIDS, HAWKS is that they tend to require a little more heat in them before they really start to bite hard.
Now this isn't really a problem on most of the Targa stages but there are a few that have some hard braking in the first couple of k's.
I know when i was looking at pads last time for the 32 to run on the track i was having alot of trouble with locking wheels with the PAGID's and also with the EBC's that i tried.
Have a talk to Benno and ask what he was running (he would also know what Perry was running) personally i would go EBC yellows as i have tried and liked them in the past
What do they say about expression can tell a thousand words, its always the opposite with Mr Walker!!!
cant believe he has time to commentate while his driving, the old man still has it...
Well i had ALMOST forgiven you for buying a rotisary but now you have the nerve to say you used WRX's as your wedding cars...
What were you thinking Benno
I move for
So today is the day of the execution, any last requests
All the best mate to you and the little lady, will have to catch up for a drink when Targa is over and things have quietened down a little

They are a solid one-piece forged chrome moly steel and for memory they are about 6.8kg (something around there) very good upgrade if you are looking into track/drag and also for drift.
Im pretty sure that EXEDY only make the one lightened flywheel (no other material) but i can check that out if you like (my brother is an EXEDY dealer) but it wouldn't be until Monday
(oo\__4Door__/oo) if you are just looking at one of these to help bottom end then i wouldn't bother personally. I take it you have a RB20 from your post correct??? Is it stock or mods (if so what mods) true you will notice a difference with the lightened flywheel but not enough with other upgraded other parts as well. For the money you would be better off installing a set of cam gears to help that bottom end/mid range

Yes if you pull the fuse you will only run in RWD, some people say its not good to do this for long periods of time for mechanical reasons, others say it doesn't make a difference. I've seen a few people run with just the fuse and not have a problem (for over 12months) yet i've seen others have dramas.
Truth is if your thinking of just trying a once off to see if you like drift then pull the fuse and give it a crack (i accept no responsibilty for anything that happen ) if you decide that you like drift and want to continue then look at getting a pig for track use or invest in a splitter for the GTR

JB makes great gear and like everything you get what you pay for.
He has a really good HD single plate that is designed for road/drag that is pretty soft on the pedal which could be an option for you.
The GIKEN twin are great (previously had on in my GTS-t) although it is a little savage with daily driving through town and can take a little getting used too.
As Dave said the g-max are a pain on the roads but i guess it depends on how much you drive the car on a day to day basis and how many times a year you are going to freaquent the strip!!!
As for changing your Master and slave, if there not leaking and nothing wrong i wouldn't worry about them if you are working on a budget
If you are thinking of hitting the strip a little more then you will gain some pedal feel with the new upgraded cyclinder but its a little overkill for what you have in mind at the moment...
Do you have a budget you want to stick to or money no object as there are some other great clutches out there that would accomodate what you want and more
