As Justin said, Fulcrum are the only Australian agent and they are VERY expensive.
If you really want to keep the Teins then you have to weigh up your options:
Shipping them to and from brisvegas.
Repair costs (includes labour and parts)
Overall price for repair VS new shocks.
Like wogboy said he bought bilsteins (so did i) instead of getting others repaired, it not only worked out cheaper for me the car was set up better with them as the TEINS were just to hard for our road conditions and what i wanted to do.
At the end of the day JB its upto you and if your willing to spend the money on them, if you are then send em off and get Fulcrum to do them, if you dont want to then maybe look at selling your 2nd hand to recover a little bit of money and buy something else
