  1. Items received in the form of a nice heavy box and all is good. Big thanks Darren. Nice dealing with you!
  2. Very nice car and Good Luck with the sale! I had a lot of trouble selling mine a while back. Hope it goes to the right hands. So a free bump for ya.
  3. Digging up an old thread. But I'm also interested as I had recently purchased one upon recommendation and wondering if anyone else has had any experiences with it so far?
  4. I have an R32 V-Spec and I picked up a set of Project Mu HC+'s which clearly states that its for the R32 V-Spec as well as the R33's and R34's with Brembo's. But when putting them in I realised that they didn't fit at all. I now have a choice of exchanging them. But the question is to what part number? Did Project Mu assume that all gen GT-R Brembo's are the same? or am I just lucky enough have my car fitted with some mystery Brembo's as I can't seem to find any reference to it anywhere. It is a definitely genuine V-spec with the correct chassis codes even right down to that little sticker on the door stating that the oem wheel size was 17 inch.
  5. Item is now SOLD!!! Now looking for a Bride MO-Type rail to suit Skyline.
  6. Hi there, I have a genuine Bride Seat Rail that came with my Brix 1.5 and I have no real use for it as its suited for S13-14-15 Silvia's. Looking to sell at $180 ONO Unless anyone is happy to swap as I'm looking for the same rail to suit R32-33-34 Skylines. So it'll save anyone having to ruin their Skyline rail to fit into their Silvia its best to consider this. I'm located in Melbourne, Western Suburbs. Feel free to PM me.
  7. Those look like R31 GT Passage wheels but without the centre cap on them. Not bad though as they suit the C110 nicely.
  8. Update! Price drop to $9,900 ONO
  9. Update with more pics Open to Offers!
  10. Update: more pics are here. Can't seem to edit my original posting so here it is.
  11. Hi, With hesitence I am putting up my 1992 HCR32 GTS-t Type M (which I have owned since July 2005. I am the 2nd owner of this car since buying it off a good friend. It was first imported and complied in late 2000 so has been in the country since then. Has had a few mods done to it since its been here. Here is a list of things on it so far mechanically. Engine - Standard RB20DET - Splitfire Coilpacks - Link GTS-Link ECU - RB25 High-flowed turbo with steel internals. - Stainless Turbo manifold - Blitz Front Mount Intercooler - Blitz Super Sound DD BOV - Bosch 040 Fuel-Pump Driveline -Exedy Cushion Button Single plate clutch. Suspension -Yashio Factory Street Coil-overs (not sure what model but only has 6-level damper adjustment) -JJR Solid Adjustable Castor rods. Wheels -Simmons FR17 (Fronts) 17x8 (Rear) 17x9 *front left wheel missing centre-cap. Exterior -Standard looking car with the Nissan Type-M 'Aero-Style' kit. No Wing Interior -Nardi Steering Wheel -Apexi RSM + G-sensor -Apexi EL Series boost-gauge. The car has done 232,000km. I first purchased it when it had 174,000km in 2005. It has treated me well since then and has rarely given me any issues aside from the usual seizing coil-packs and blown turbo gaskets. Normally driven on the weekends or sometimes to work. Engine was comp-tested recently and showing clean and even 130psi across all cylinders and no oil-leaks. Always garaged and cleaned on a regular basis. Car is the original Metallic Black in colour and the body and paint-job is in overall good condition for its age yet has picked up dings and scratches over the years. It has had a number of small bumps which have been fixed and resprayed (ie parking lot scars). Looking at $10,500 ONO without RWC but open to discussions on RWC. Registered until Nov' 2009. Located in Melbourne, Western Suburbs, feel free to PM me or E-Mail me at [email protected]. Deciding on an upgrade so hope she goes to a good owner. Will post up more pics soon.
  12. Excess, just wondering where did you find that lip from? Any local suppliers? CBF importing through Yahoo auctions.
  13. Digging up a slightly dated thread here. Tsuchiya was running around in his R32 GTR in the Shuto Kousoku Trial movies in the late 80's and Early 90's. They had AVS Model 6 rims with really rare and odd centre wheel covers.
  14. Thats a rare lip to come by locally. But managed to find that the lip on the GTS-T Sedan isn't a genuine Nissan one to start with. Its actually a 'Japan by TBO' Lip you can pick up brand new from Yahoo auctions Japan for about 19,800 yen. (don't wanna know the shipping costs involved) I was hoping to find one as they look pretty darn nice against the Aero front bar.
  15. Lol! yep that was me. I was half asleep in traffic cruising along and noticed this big shiny thing in the corner of my eye. I have a friend that may be interested. so will let you know if anything. I'd love one too but can't afford one yet.
  16. Saw it on the way to work this morning on the tullarmarine freeway. You cut in front of me avoiding those slow trucks ahead. Very nice car and shiny! Good luck with the Sale!
  17. Thanks for the really handy guide there, But unfortunately aside from the melted springy bits. This was also the result of it not functioning for me. Has anyone ever come across this? I'm definitely in need of a whole new switch assembly and a new plug bit.
  18. Just wondering if anyone has an old dead or fried complete R32 ECU from a GT-R or GTS-t. Not really interested in whether it works or anything but I'm really after scrounging some components from it. mainly the wide blue socket connector bit as mine broke and took some pins with it. It look like a massive IDE plug for those who are computer geeks. I'm located in Melbourne. Its pretty urgent! Thanks.
  19. Try looking up the the user Homerrules on Nissansilvia.com, he's a trader there. he normally brings in tons of stuff and a variety of Bride rails. they're normally about $180 each from him. See how you go.
  20. I've a set of 4 old style Enkei 3-piece rims with the black face and 7-spoke design with a polished rim. they are all 17x8 inch in size yet one of them is damaged. so now I'm after similar design 17x9 inch rims to fit on the back. these rims are only for track use so I'm not fussed if they are completely different. as long as the offset is fine. I don't really know the offset numbers but I'm after something that'll line up with the rear guards slight. maybe 0.5cm out would be nice. I also have a pair of Simmons FR rims with Falken ZE326 tyres at 80% tread that I'll be happy to arrange for a swap or something. these are 17x8 in size and used to sit on the front. missing centre caps though. still in very good condition. just hardly driven on. they are 5 years old but only seen 6 months on the road as they have been sitting around at home. I'm based in melbourne, westside (don't worry I'm not dodgy lol!) so I would prefer local pickup. I will post up pics of the Enkei's soon to give you a better idea.
  21. Well I ended up changing the gearbox oil to Castrol Syntrans, and it still didn't do the job. but thanks for pointing out the pedal bracket. I'll have a look at that when I have the chance. I'll also have a look at the connection actuator rod from the Slave cylinder to the clutch itself. the clutch pedal doesn't seem odd or anything. I just hear the something in the gearbox still spinning or whining for a little bit when I press the clutch really quickly when I 'm changing gears. so it could be the fact that something is causing the clutch not to actuate quickly or not far enough to clear the flywheel.
  22. Yeah my old man decided to install it one day when I was at work and he found it too difficult to do. So he ended up taking it to a mechanic friend of his and installed it within an hour. Been driving around with it for a bit and its still having the issue although not as much. I've also bought some Castrol Syntrans gearbox oil as I don't think the oil has been changed in the last 4 years. and its been through 4 track days so far. So most likely it could be the issue. worse case scenario would be that my gearbox is basically F@%k'd and I'll be needing a new one. although its not crunching at all though. hmm it might also just be the pressure plate. a lot of my friends who've driven it generally complain how heavy the clutch feels. oh wellz
  23. Yeah the clutch was the issue. I had a mechanic friend look at it for me and we determined that the Clutch Master Cylinder was on its way out and that it also needed a gearbox oil change. I replaced the Slave Cylinder with the geniune Nissan item and now I've purchased a Primary one from the Nissan Essendon dealership. They were really helpful and fast on the delivery, ordered it in the morning and picked it up by the afternoon. all up the Primary Cylinder only cost me $108 and the Slave was about $90. Will be installing it today so see how things go. Thanks I was worried the synchro was gone or something.
