Its all about your driving attitude. If you are stupid and speed and go sideways on public roads you will prob get done. Heres a good example: i drive a 32 GTR and im on p's, living in melb...have been driving it for the last 6 months and havent been pulled over once, cops have followed behind me, pulled up next to me at lights; but no probs cos im not doing stupid shit. But then you can always get the cops that will pull you over for no reason and defect you for everything...but driving a high powered vehicle is a risk and thats the bottom line, you can only help yourself by driving sensibly.

1) Bosch 044 (external/surge tank) 2) around 280awkw 3) using the stock pump as a lift pump to feed the Surge/044 and the Bosch has never missed a beat, very strong. Ease - Piece of cake with the external, heard its a pig to mount intank though. Noise - I think its a little loud, and have used a proper bosch motorsport mount for it, i just turn the stereo up more! Starting issues - None at all 1/4 tank - Nil, as i use a surge tank.

Go the 044 pump, i am currently running around 300 as well, and have the 044 in the boot with a surge tank setup which is foolproof when it comes to fuel delivery, and plus its alot of mucking around with fitting pumps in the tank, its a pain in the ass in GTRs. I have currently got the same thing for sale see my sig.
