    Baron pretty much hit the nail on the head. If you run the streets now, learn to drive on the limit of those, then go to semis youll be miles ahead time and money wise than if you were to continue battling on semis. ...and KUs DO NOT have crap grip compared to semis. Russell: 38.4 around winton on 245 KU36 Richo: 38 same? i think Me: 39.2 around winton with only 235 with more driving left! Theyre fast tyres dude... and cheap!

    Geez whats everyones problem? Doing burnouts is sick fun...just stay away from anyone else you might hurt doing it and be prepared to pay the consequences if you get caught.

    I would someone to elaborate on what the term light track work means??? Track driving every so often? Only pushing the brake pedal lightly while doing track work??? I dont know.. My feedback for the A1RMs...they work well BUT MAN do they wear quickly! Pretty much smash a set in one track day. What is the best pad for track use with 0 street use?

    You might have trouble with inner suspension clearance... Biggest I have ever run on my GTR are 17 x 10 +25 with 285/40 and I needed a 10mm spacer to clear the front suspension. Food for thought.

    Why not just use the KUs which are cheaper than used semis in terms if $ for tyre life? Do more trackdays to improve driving skillz rather than trying to buy your way into faster times?

    I have solid rails that I made for me GTR, they work great and doesnt bother me that theyre fixed because im the only one who drives it.

    and with a damn nice note to boot Troy. Glad to see you actually got to enjoy the thing for the whole day. Had a fantastic day taking 1s off my PB in the cars second outing. Admittedly i dont mind the RWD or lack of front wheel driving force Jack pulling that time in your first outing is just plain silly.

    Yeah $20 is steep for a couple of passenger laps. Im in double entering the car with johnny again. Looking forward to it, hope it gets a bit above 15deg though! When do we find out what groups we are in etc? Edit: Ash you always have some excuse!

    Waste of time if you ask me. We all know VLs dont turn corners. GT42 on a 'circuit build'. Yeah nice one! pfffft

    Yeah shithouse ay. Are you going to make any significant changes to the engine power wise or are you just upgrading the oiling side? Still keen to see dyno results back to back...but theres no denying seat of the pants feeling, except for placebo effects
