  1. Sweet! Whats going in Matt?
  2. Hey mates, Im after a set of front R33 GTST lower control arms. Doesnt matter if the ball joints are farked or not, just as long as the arm and bush are sweet. Let me know what and where and how much you have. Cheers, Mat. 0400 558 030
  3. Yeh we got a jerry from there, no det but the 32 is very conservative on IGN timing for the track. Anyone got 33 LCAs for sale? I want to get some in before May 1st BP Midland Sprints
  4. Awesome day!!!! Matt we did swap our dorians (major pain in the arse) and Johnny did have times to his name throughout the day. Ill go as far to say that the timing system for the day was shithouse. One of my sessions had 3 people listed and one time each...shafted. Others missed out on times for their sessions as well. People in the timing room had no idea. The rear pads were ~90% but were unknown type; I didnt put them in. Must have been cheap shit and they just disintegrated with the amount of heat we were pumping into them. Its all good anyway we popped in a new set and away we went. Im happy with the results and happier the car stood up to 2x abuse on its first outing with its best being a 1:40.3 on the KU's. In some sessions the car wasnt even turned off between driver changes!! It has an ASI rad as well as a thin B&M oil cooler, coolant max was 92 while racing and oil max 120. LOL @ being told off for 'drifting' twice! Those old blokes obviously havent driven a high powered RWD car. Must have been the tank slappers I had going out of pre grid that annoyed them a bit.
  5. Haha yeah just one more Car is kinda ready as well. I'll be doing finishing touches this morning/ arvo then off we go! See you all there.
  6. if you have a built motor I say go the 3540, you definately wont regret it. 360kw+ of toughness! not for the faint hearted!
  7. You can run the braided rubber line straight onto the standard sender barbs no dramas. Maybe just put some tape around the end to prevent it fraying alot. The teflon braid eliminated the fuel smell for me in my car. I had rubber braided before hand. Geez the line and fittings are pretty pricey though!
  8. I think it depends on the tester.... We had to get a factory GTSt exhaust chopped and bigger rear muffler welded on to pass noise test. It was a healthy, non rusty exhaust too.
  9. Haha, you own a R33
  10. Shit, were starting a trend ay. lol Seems like there will be alot of skylines there. Should be good! Ash youll be missing out!
  11. Ok so lets talk about how AWD are better than RWD and lets not be able to prove it because theres no DECAs to do it at. This is a forum...where discussion takes place. If you dont like it GTFO
  12. WTF...there are spectators that have participated in DECAs before that just dont help; thats his whole point...as well as getting people up to DECA who arent driving to help out. Some people come just to watch but dont help. At least he is making constructive comments...who are you tell him hes wrong? Maybe read through a couple more times it might make it easier for your simple brain to understand.
  13. my mate sold his for 5 bucks also
  14. Wow its hot in here! Helping out on the day is actually quite fun...you get to play an integral role in a day that everybody loves so much! I dont think you can force anyone to volunteer really...but everybody (that hasnt helped much) needs to clean their act up and get their asses helping! I think everyone, especially regular entrants into DECA should ask themselves, how many DECA events have I done and how many have I helped run? My answer was I think 8, and 1. I bet alot of people's answer to the second part would be 0.
  15. I ticked 'skyline class' but am driving a modified RWD. Maybe I should have ticked that. I didnt notice that. edit: R32 GTS25t as well.
  16. f*kn 41 entrants...
  17. Hi, I have (2) blown RB25 turbos, id like to get rid of them. These are R33 model RB25 turbos and I think just one of them has an actuator. One has a busted EX wheel, the other busted front oil seal. Housings are sweet. Perfect to get hi flowed and then changeover into your car. Take your pick. $30 ea Located in Melb can post. Cheers. Mat. 0400 558 030
  18. because he can
  19. will be removed soon. still for sale
  20. Not true... Im surprised you guys dont think of Ryan and Russell...a RWD with lots of grip (sus and tyres) can easily beat an AWD car. AWD isnt the solution to getting faster times...nor is it the reason why you havent claimed 1st position.
  21. Russell were all staying at Johnnys :\ Up friday night. Youre only out of the loop cos we dont see you. Sorry Matt were stayin at a mates place in shep.
  22. By the way that was Kierans RSL ticket....
