I just bought a Sil80 for next to nothing, its a HEAP OF SHIT, but its a budget car and its gonna do the job. Its not going to be rego'd either. Just hire or borrow a trailer. Cheap cars can be had so so easily if youre not fussed about rego, it literally pumps the price by heaps if its near rego of has reg.. If the car isnt what was described, or some problems or details have been left out, youre not obligated. But for that amount of money what do you expect!

YES an intercooler actually gives you more power compared to the standard one just by itself. Cooler air burns better and gives more power. Like driving on a cold night. I once did back to back dyno runs, same day, before and after cooler fitment, no other changes. R33 S2. The power came on a little later (you wouldnt be able to tell on the road) and mid to top end range achieved a gain. Cant remember how much but it was a fair gain. If its a cheap cooler you couldve gone backwards. Cheap coolers have cheap silicons joiners and cheaply made pipes that promote boost leaks. Running rich under boost? Black Smoke?

Yeah ebay man, theres so many silvias and 180s going at the moment, and sometimes its really worth the travel, because by the sounds, the car you want doesnt come around that often for that price. Start with a R31? Very cheap drifter. I see heaps of people sliding those at Winton.

Yeah to even my amazement its been done. Apparently Dr Drift ran 300 on stock injectors on his own car. Its soooo dodgy though, really not the right way to do things. Im assuming injector settings to 110% and base fuel pressure through the roof. Meh..each to their own.

Are you sure its the PFC ticking and not the Starter Motor? Sometimes starter motors jam, give it a tap with a hammer on the side gently and see ifit makes any difference.

ARC and HKS make bolt-on replacements that can vent to atmo, so they go CCCHOOOOOOOO when you back off...its sick and you love it....although like Ash said this will cause your car to run rich once you back off and clutch in, if youve given it a gobfull it will probably stall. AtomicBomberMan was selling some ARCs a while ago in the FS section.

$2000!!!!!!!!! What area are you in? Others on here can recommend good workshops to go to. For the safety of your engine you should just go and have it checked for higher boost by someone in the know. Consider investing in a PowerFC.

Cheers guys. The car was painted by Mikko at MP Smash in Clayton, the paint is untouched, as in, its still straight out of the gun, has not been cut, buffed, rubbed or anything since being applied. His paintwork is second to none. Let me say guys, driving this car around town its very impressive, it REALLY TURNS ALOT OF HEADS. Young, old, single, married, they look. The car gets 450km around town to a tank! Very economical and also shows that the car couldnt be running better. The engine has just clicked over 1,000km and has had its first service with oil filter and Castrol Edge Sport oil. The GTR boot badge has also been fitted.

Hi all, Im after a set of 17 x 9.0 or 9.5 rims to suit GTR, offset around +20. Im after Bee*r rims, or Koya Drifteks. Will also accept offers of similar rims with BIG BRAKE CLEARANCE. Must be 17" Wheels must be in Melb, and you must be willing for me to come and try them on my car. Just one on the front. Im not after anything that looks spectacular, rash, flaking paint and scratches are fine. No buckles or bent rims though. Dont need tyres for them either. Hey all, As topic states, im after a set of 33 or 34 GTR dump pipes, factory units. Must be in good nick, not fussed about heat shields etc though. They can be identified as having the 'larger' 02 sensor hole in them. Small 02 sensors run a 17mm nut, Large 02 sensors runa 21mm nut. Please PM me if you have a set for sale. Cheers!! Mat.

Standard R32 GTR Calipers will never fit over 324s. The 324 rotors are Brembo rotors. Thus you need Brembo calipers. And theyre a rip.
