NOOOOOO Its: on the dyno, do 3 runs, off the dyno, next car, and so on. Your car needs to be ready before you go. They dont touch anything.

Sadly, there would be plenty in the areas the fires have been through though.
-
mate you're so THICK why wait for authorities? if theres smoke GTFO. surely you can see that yourself. and yes enough about ash.
-
Ok sorry for not knowing people who live in the bush as hard flamin mongrels. Why wait for authorities to alert everyone? thus my point regarding smoke and fire. Why not leave your house every time a fire warning is out? it could be the difference between living and being burnt alive. It takes balls to stay and fight no doubt, and good on your Mum and partner, but im sure the majority of those staying and fighting failed, spoken by the current number of deaths. The point is that life is more important than posession. I love my home and everything in it and everyone who has been through it. But whats the point having a home if there is a chance there may not be any kids to live in it? There could be so much less loss of life if people made a few defferent decisions thats all. Which would make times a little easier..
-
This disaster is bloody terrible and we should help by giving donations etc to help people along. But the thing that gets me...if you know there are bushfires burning through houses in 30 seconds, and burning faster than a car can drive, why would you wait in your house until you can see the fire coming? Why wait until its so late? Where theres smoke theres fire...when theres so much smoke that you cant see, its got to be a big, fast fire. If you live out there, you should be prepared to take some losses (posession-wise), why wouldnt you take your family and run? Get a hotel in the city or go somewhere away from the fires. Stay with relatives or friends etc. I dont understand it. Surely your famililes lives are worth more than a house and photographs? Why stay and try to fight something this big?

The idea of the 34 front on a 32 is awesome... From far it will always look good, but up close maybe not so good...the bonnet-to-grille fitment is terrible. If thats any indication of the quality of the kit you have ALOT of work to do! But eh...thats what you get with ebay. Good work!

Wiring Idea For Z32 Afm On R33 Gts25t .
femno replied to discopotato03's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
I think you've come up with a good idea changing the male side of the plug, but as many have said i think its alot easier just to add in the Z32 plug along with the standard one. And plus I know id be reluctant to open up and chop up my Z32 AFM. ...and also FYI late model Nissan Maximas have the same Z32 plug on their AFM as well. So another cheap alternative to VL connectors. -

Price Outright? Swap for black AVS model 5s? Same size and 17 offset.? -
Octane boosters dont do anything. They are bad news. BP on FTG Road Oakleigh was out of 98 BP on Princes near Wellington Rd was out of 98 BP on Centre Road near Clayton Rd was out of 98 = 95 and -5 deg of timing on the PFC just to be safe... I spoke to the guy at Centre Rd and he said there was no more until Monday, more is coming Monday. WTF is going on???!
-
Haha thats a really silly idea. Single Turbo? Twin? More info. I know its just under 200 to have a set of water and oil lines made up at pirtek. Not too bad.
-
Russman on here had his 32 rolled at Micolour, he said they did a TOP JOB, havent seen it for myself, dont know how much they charged. But im a fan of privateers getting around! Always cheaper and more worth it if they do a good job, which looks to be the go with 'athid'.

Wouldnt you need a R34 turbo NOT a 33 turbo as the R34 has a larger rear housing?

Which Caliper Kit? Grex, Alcon, Brembo?
femno replied to johnsta2k's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
I have a GREX Alcon kit (Manufactured by Alcon for GREX), 355 fronts with 4 pistons, pagid pads, and they are farking unbelieable. Unlimited stopping power for the track. I still have to organise discs to go with the rear 4 pistons and then it should stop even better! These are quite expensive though. I say wait until a second hand set comes up and just buy them. Whether they are Alcon, Brembo or AP. Roy on here is selling a mean set of brembos in the FS section. One you want to avoid is the later model GREX GReddy calipers. They wont have the alcon stamped into them, they are the cheaply made ones for GREX and not worth the trouble. AP Racing is another big brake brand too. -
Re-do the SAFC wiring. Thats the only thing you did that could affect the running of the car.
