  1. nah there not worth it...getting nice new shiny SS ones doesnt do anything. even the nice jap ones can crack. just get your standard ones port matched. youll have no issues with cracking etc. I think from memory UAS do changeover units.
  2. umm...yeah...nah...im pretty sure thats my decision to make there thanks bud

you feeling alright? Almost as quick? The RX wouldve ripped the EVO to shreds. Just cos he was doing limiter lauches doesnt mean its that quick, on a decent long run bye bye EVO eh...I wouldnt do princes every week...if you do it will get to a point where the cops will block off the roads and do everyone hard...the purple ute was probably gathering info for a big bust
  5. yeah maybe just unlucky. z32 in my cooler piping running 21psi. no probs.
  6. Does it spike to 17 straight up or does it build from say 10psi and then creeps to 17? Eliminate the boost controller by just running a signal line from the IC piping to the bottom side of the gate and see what happens then. If it still creeps to 17 then gate is too small or manifold design is rubbish. If it doesnt creep and is fine, its the controller connection/setup.
  7. My 650s had no problem hitting 360kw. So for 300 700s are fair overkill. But I guess it depends what you can get your hands on for the right price.
  8. Yeah if you dont have the AVC-R setup correctly you can have low boost in some areas etc. Play around with Duty a bit and then setup the RPM specific settings (Bar Graph).

  10. ooo damn why RED stitching! If anything else prob wouldve taken it.... Probably the best steering wheel you could buy for your import....
  11. LOL ^ Whatever you do dont go to Jetspeed in Clayton. They are the worst to deal with, the woman that does the quotes and sales is very rude and arrogant, their prices are ridiculous; theyre not worth the time of anyones day. Dont bother. I had $280 worth of Jetspeed work done at DT Panels for $150. Maybe see if they know of anything you could use too. If youre worried about a GTR lip being expensive and modifiying it, getting someone to make a whole new lip from scratch will be even more. If it was me id get a hold of a GTR lip, see how it fits, chop it in half in the middle and cut a section out so its not too wide, then get it plastic welded back together and painted texture black. Not that hard or expensive compared to making one from scratch...I remember i paid 100 odd (Mates rates tho) dollars to have both my type-m skirts shortened and plastic welded to fit my GTR. Could could even use a fibreglass lip and then get it joined, its just that its gonna crack easily when you rub against a gutter.

  19. dammit...my plane was meant to touch down at 5:40, and I was going to make it until someone had a heart attack on the plane! Touched down at 8:20 Seems i really missed out. So where do we find DECA results and SnS results? I can only see the 'club awards'??
  20. Make: R32 GTR, 1990 Milage: 110,000 km's Location: Melbourne RWC supplied? Yes Currently registered? Yes with 12months to go. Price: $30,000 Contact: PM or Call Hey guys, Regretfully, the time has come to sell my over 2 year project. The original plans were to build a headturning streetcar/showcar/dyno queen or something along those lines, but before i finished it completely, ive come to realise there is more to life than cars, thus the sale. Exterior Standard GTR Kit with N1 Vents in the front bar. The car has been sprayed in Nissan Daytona Blue with Pearl in all areas, Spies Hecker Colour has been used along with MIPA Clear. Paint is currently straight out of the gun, hasnt been touched at all since the spray. There is not one single mark, chip, scrape, scratch on the entire car. A new front windscreen has also been fitted and only the standard R32 GTR wheels will be supplied with great rubber. Engine / Driveline The engine has had a full rebuild, CP forged pistons and rings have been used, all new bearings, along with a full balance, new water pump and N1 oil pump. The head has also been fully reconditioned and is used with an ACL Race Series full metal gasket. R33 GTR Turbos have been fitted for the run-in on standard boost, which has been only 40kms. All genuine Nissan gaskets were used. Stainless steel 3" front pipes are fitted along with a HKS Super Dragger exhaust which opens up to 3.7". Its also fitted with a heavy duty clutch, new Pedders front upper control arm bushes, and new brake pads. Injectors and radiator flushed, all new filters, fluids, belts etc etc. Interior All stock, immaculate condition. ---- Its a great car to drive, it was a clean and tidy car to begin with, I just made it the way I wanted it. No rattles, knocks, whistles, whines, the box is smooth, diff is tight, wheel bearings quiet, id say the kms could actually be near true! All it needs is a decent set of turbos after its been run-in for a few kms, a clutch, a couple of supporting mods and away you go. Everything else has been done, no expense spared. All serious enquiries welcome, mechanical checks etc are fine if convenient, interstate buyers welcome, and finally to be blunt dont contact me if you dont have anywhere near the money, or lowball me. Im sure theres heaps more to list, if youre serious come have a chat, the car needs to be seen to be appreciated in detail. Will give the car a wash soon, as its real dusty atm in the pics, take some better pics and post them up as soon as I can. Cheers, Mat. 0400 558 030
