  1. Looking around the $500 mark to install and tune the daughter board allowing enough dyno time for some good results.
  2. someonestolecc - I love tuning that car... I'm sure i can make it feasable... we're open weekends also.... As for converting to pfc, no chance, completely different storage methods...
  3. If you ever need it re-tuned for mods feel free to pop down to melbourne and I'll give you a pretty good discount on dyno time.

  5. Stopped pinging after clean - one of them must've had some crap in it then... If the car does ping definately remove 1 or 2 degrees base timing for safety. 12.0 is on the rich side, i tuned it a little richer to Meggala's request. The 550's should be fine for 220-230 with comfort tuned as is. Wouldn't bother with the expense of a EBC, try using a GFB atomic, that worked quite well with no boost spike previously. If your after more than that I'd suggest replacing the walbro pump with something a bit bigger like the Nippon Denso 280 lt/hr, and upping the injectors to 740cc The O2 sensor should be plugged in? Are you sure their not cinfusing it with the cat temp sensor? the O2 is at the top of the dump pipe. Doc.
  6. The ceffy is running a remapped ecu, z32 afm, 550 cc injectors, and walbro 255 lt/hr pump.... It was tuned for mobil 8000 in Melbourne, maybe your running different fuel that could cause the light pinging? As for running lean down low this is not a problem, as a matter of fact it's caused by running of the factory o2 sensor until it reaches a cerain afm voltage and then goes onto the correction maps. We had this map running up to 1.4 bar reliably. Feel free to pm me or call on 0425 818 755 if you ever have any questions about this car. Doc.
  7. ed - I have quite a few customers in Melbourne who would be interested in these... do you have a source for the boards to suit the 34?? I have seen them before and can tune them, just not sure where to get the boards...
  8. Sure that S15 was at Technik last week?? I heard james had rebuilt the motor again but didn't have the box in the car?? Just put the 1000 hp motor back in to show off.... I doubt we will ever see this car on a dyno in front of the public???

Now that the first event has been finished we're inviting all drifters, beginers to advanced..... WHERE: Morwell Hill Climb Circuit WHEN: 6th November 2004, 9:00 am till 6:00 pm COST: $75 Track Fee, $25 Annual Membership Morwell is located about two hours out of Melbourne. The event will receive coverage in magazine (most likely Drift Battle). The track will be available for the whole day with marshals present for safety. Numbers will be strictly limited to ensure maximum track time. $5 per car donation entry for all spectators. All profits will be donated to the Track. There are BP and Mobil servo's with 98 octane locally There will be a drivers briefing at 10am and is ESSENTIAL for all drivers, if you miss it you don't drive. Remeber: 1. Two hours drive down and back 2. Condolences Dave, If you like you more than welcome to bring it up for an 'unofficial' run to reclaim your title, especialally now the dyno is accurately callibrated front and rear, identical callibration to all Auto Salon Dyno Comps post last elb salon. For those who mentioned the dyno was reading too low, the dyno was professionally callibrated both mornings of the show, just because they made more somewhere else, on a different dyno, on a different day, with different temps, etc etc DOES NOT MEAN OUR DYNO IS WRONG. Perhaps these other dyno are reading too high? Sam.

  13. No new dyno yet This one has been completely re-wired with surge protection put in, so hopefully the dodgy wiring at Jeff's Shed wont blow the dyno like the last two years
  14. Yes, we'll be running the 4WD dyno again.... I think the rear drive only dyno will be another mainline dyno the same as ours, just a bit newer... Not sure who's running it?? I hope we are. Sam.

  19. I must confess I did scratch one of those horrid Zelda Tri Spoke when I had it, but never did infact bent it at all ... .... sniffs.... i miss that car when it was straight

The RB26 fit's under the bonnet easily, Use standard R32 engine mounts on R32 crossmember, slot the 10 mm to drop the engine a bit lower, the front diff is actually next to the sump and you only need to weld up a couple of holes where the front left driveshaft goes through, as for room in the engine bay there is actually more room width wise in the 180 as they have a macpherson strut front end versus the GTR's double wishbone.
