I'm putting a 13bt in my VW soon...
  3. yes... it will exceed all expectations and allow 24/7 dyno i hope.... I think i will not get much sleep when we move in...
  4. Al - WTF?? doesn't sound right..... have played round a fair bit with the Ver4 both on laptop and hand controller.... camandcandice - Always busy.... can usually find time to squeeze people in though.... Doc.

We can but would have to chose not to... unless stupid amounts of money persuaded us to do it....
  6. BMT.... hehehe
  7. Thanks for the post RHiSC... Will keep you all updated when we wind it up... still yet to dial in the cams, advance the timing, then we wind up the boost..... mwahahahahahaha Doc.
  8. PM me for discussion on your options for a R34. Had another 34 GTT in the other day that was detonating severly as someone had moved the CAS.... looks like a checkup on the dyno has aved him a motor.... Doc.
  9. Relax every one... I'll be sure to let you all know when we move... At last we will have a big dyno room and run some dyno days and have a big grand opening!!!! Doc.
  10. What can you say..... OH F&^K?? either that or speechless
  11. Personnaly I believe that running a twin entry cooler will reduce the effectiveness of a single turbo setup, the disturbance of the air flow through the splitter will surely cause restriction to airflow? There is the other point that it may direct more airflow through one entry than the other and cause pulsing?? In my opinion twing entry should only be seen in two things: a) Twin turbo applications B) Pornos. Doc.
  12. My vote's for BMT, but I'm biased... PS: We also offer discount for Skylines Australia.com buddies

    We can do anything
  14. ... blush... tee hee....
  15. Sounded like the plugs to me. See ya soon. Doc.
  16. it's in the boot on the right hand side under a plate with 4 screws you'll find another plate with two hoses and 8 smaller screws, be carefull with the hoses etc...
  17. Maybe a smashed GTS.... I know of a GTST for $13k
  18. bolf - Bring it in and I'll sort it all out for ya in no time
  19. I would suggest around 250 rwkw at 1 bar.
  20. BMT's 180SX was there piloted by yours truely... 12.6 @ 111 MPH on 205 street tyres 60' was 1.9 PS: still running stock cooler hehehehe./.. not bad for only 170 rwkw
  21. It proved very difficult as the AFM controls the timing and mixtures, so the fuel map would be spot on but running too much advance in some spots and not enough in others.... That's the major drawer back of using any AFM interceptor.... So it was basically either too rich or detonation, or good fuel or too retarded.... Doc.
  22. Recently tried an SAFC remap for a customer to suit Z32 upgrade... after 2 hours on the dyno he said F&^K it and bought a chip..... took 15 minutes and the car was sweet as!!!
  23. bbenny - Removing the boost cut, or more correctly speaking air flow cut, is not a good idea. This cut is put in place to protect the motor. The cut happens when your AFM reaches a certain voltage.. Getting rid of this cut puts a voltage clamp on the ecu eg 4.5 V... When your car flows more air than this voltage clamp the ECU literaly has no idea how much air it is getting and can only be mapped by RPM, or putting it simply guessing. The only accurate method of mapping above this 'boost' cut is to swap for an AFM that reads a lower voltage at the same flow, Z32 for example. A Z32 AFM will read up to 300 rwkw ish quite easily. I have tried mapping using this simple boost cut method and it can easily result in detonation in light to medium throttle applications and very cold weather. Feel free to call anytime if youd like to discuss some options?? 0411 878 961 Doc.
  24. Maybe post in the vic section for references for me
