  1. hey there, i was reading the thread on the cheap $22 dollar boost controllers. i wanted to know if it was ok to connect to my car and how much PSI can i ran safely... r33 gts-t s2, zort, pod everything else stock
  2. why does everyone say the clocks have been wound back... they wouldnt do it to every single car... plus they sell and get a new car coz there cheap as chips

  9. so whats the hack?? so having a manual boost controler you can just boost it to .7 bar. then what happens when you reach 4,500rpm... nothing... ?

  12. does the rb25det have a boot restrictor in a hose like the sr20's? if it does have anyone out there removed this and with good or bad results?? one guy on the nissansilvia forum went from .5 bar to .7 bar just by removing that one hose is if it works with good results id do it!! any tips?

Hey there, ive got a slipping clutch... i can take off and drive normal etc etc... but no spinning wheels for me! my clutch is on its way out. so what do you suggest for a good clutch under $1000 its a r33 gts-t s2, and car will be used just for normal driving with the occasional boosting... i heard the standard clutches are crap, so im guessing its alot better to buy something heavy duty instead of buying standards every now and then.
  15. i figured out what it was, MY CLUTCH!!! i got a slipping clutch... that sucks... time for aftermarket!!!

  17. This probly has been covered many times before, i searched and found nothing. What are the r33 gts-t's common faults?? faults that people need to worry about.. and faults that happen but arnt so worrying??? if this has been covered, can i have the link???? thanks.
  18. well done, yes my sr20 is non turbo. front wheel drive at that! i just hope as craved said. that the ticking noise is the hydro lifters and injectors. because my mates s2 r33 doesnt make that sound. and i cant be driving a car that makes a bad sound because its screwed. ok if it makes a bad sound and its in perfect nick!
  19. personal i would go and do myself oil filter oil change fuel filter radiator fluid change (not really flushed, but same way you change the oil) spark plugs if i knew the right size the rest id have to try and trust a nissan dealership with timing belt brake bleed power steering flush (do they do that?) water pump thermostat all belts maybe get some hoses replaced clutch and gear box fluid diff oil have i missed anything?? also what does a nissan dealership do for a 100k service??
  20. There is a ticking noise in my r33. its done 90,000k's. (ticking noise is like the noise you hear 4 cyclinders make eg spark plugs etc) can this just be in need of a service? 100k service? timing belt and spark plugs. also with the r33 is there also a timing chain? or is that the same as the timing belt????????
  21. omg are you serious?? even my sr20 has a distributor... i know sr20's better then rb's... well for now. so soon ill own both the sr20 and the rb25. im guessing the technology in a rb is far more advanced then the sr20. at first i loved the 2 litre 4 cyclinder... but i can tell im gonna find my soul mate in the rb serious... ive got 3 days to own and experience all night and all day.

Hello there, in the process of purchasing a GTS-t r33. its mods, turbo back 3" exhaust hks airpod hks bov (may remove, depends if i like it) now i need to take it for a 100k service... whats involved in that?? also is a stock tune ok with these mods or is it better to go do a dyno tune? im guessing a stock tune is ok. Thanks for help
  25. personal i wouldnt do little things like that to your car. i did all that to my first car and got rid of it after afew weeks.... because for one it ruins the newness of the car and its more shit to break etc etc. things like the GTR wing would be good moding, make the car look good etc. with neons youll cop so much shit everywhere you go. you may pull more looks... but not in a good way, except from people under 18... they usualy think things like that are cool... not havin a go at ya... but im just saying usualy only under 18's like the rice factor... and thats why ya see commo drivers have neons and cromies coz they pegg all the fat 16 year old biatchs... spend that money on tinted windows, lowering to 11cm etc, the gtr wing etc etc
