are you coming to SE QLD? As I think (and why I gambled chucking my super responsive apxi turbo) is I think Queensland Raceway will reward HP and a GT35 that is still reasonably responsive and a bigger turbo. Will soon see.... :|

I am currently upgrading my Single Apexi IHI RX-6 TCW77P25 (makes 300kw on 20psi (lol or 24psi doesnt make any more HP as it cant flow anymore)) and is massively responsive!!! Makes the car very fast around the circuit. I have gambled and am going for a GT35 .82 rear on a reasonably simple rb26. Will post my results next week. Aim is 350kw on 20psi But I am happy to sacrifice up top for as much down low as possible... Car is only used for circuit, want to do some hill climbs etc too, which I think I might find it a bit laggy but hell, will soon see.... Michael

Andrew, car was at the workshop for other major mods, otherwise would have thrown it on myself. (and failed as it needed the new spacer machining up) lol. so no good comparison will be made, I'm having a bigger laggier turbo. yeah i recon Mark could probably dust off 2000lf/ft to the shaft in his car! Keith Cowie is selling some that take 4000lb/ft in the UK I think? thanks willo, hopefully you'll get a xmas pressie!!!

ok thanks thats exactly what Mark is doing for me, making up a new spacer. I wasnt sure If I was missing something out of my kit or if they ship them like this. You'd expect them to trial their product properly... There is no way it should be designed to just shit on that lip and not go all the way home! cheers Michael

(thats if the t04s isnt good enough) The one I drove on a GTR was FULL BOOST 4000rpm and Flew like the clappers with massive midrange first you need to decide what final power figure you want, and what you using it for? I assume its a HKS T04S. I had some stats on it as I used to have a HKS T04R and done a heap of research. Its only a 500 or 550hp rated turbo and a GTR I drove with a HKS T04S turbo was massive responsive and still made 300kw atw. One of the best GTR's for power delivery I have driven... . Will try and find the old info I have saved. I assume you have a HKS T04S kit? Michael
