Hi All i am after, and more importanly a mate of mine is after a few bits and bats. anyone know any decent wreckers in brisbane that have plenty of skyline bits and bats? i done a search and couldnt come up with anything... :(i remember someone mentioned one once on here... thanks Michael

yeh i behaved most of the day i done a little launch for the sauers at the end there. but everyone was gone by then, there was only us 5 or so left. but yeah when there was lots of cars parked people shouldnt have been speeding up or down or anything. worked out pretty well, was a great day, some people chopping up and stuff on the highway got a bit dodgy! lol didnt seem much organisation once we got there, people just thought, meh im going and loads left after 10 mins hey. thanks for the pics loved it. all in all a great day, daym if anyone got caught in that heavy heavy rain right at the end on the way home, farq!!!! got visibility? mick

yep your a pussy if you dont launchg a gtr at anything more than 7000rpm. it needs it and wants it hard. best 60footers with big big launch. :D

so what is the FINAL word? u gys saying its fine on R32's becuase ADR69 doesnt apply? is that correct (assuming there is not excessive glare) thanks Michael

yeah all the people saying they should be similar. actually check it out. the t04z is a FAR superior turbo than the T04r. i refuse to compare results. appreciate everyones feedback keep it coming. but yeah i couldnt find comp maps for t04 & t04z sk, if you can that would be great!!! hehe, all at a time. im still stock fuel rail, pretty stock fuel system, intank pump. so we was seeing its starting to get to its limits at the top... will go and race like this see how it goes, then make some improvements..

yeah i have a document must be the one u refer to. in pdf has some graphs etc. the t04r is very insuperior to the t04z regards to responsiveness and boost building capabilities. i would love more mid range like a t04z but this is the real world! lol just been out for some 'testing' its great with a launch pulls great through all the gears... pity williwbank isn ton this weds

ah lol yeah i know dude. t04z kills the t04r. i have seen t04r and t04z dyno sheets many times before. the mid range of t04z is immenlsey superior to t04r. to4r always look like mine, and t04z look like yours. but no serious, i'll be at willowbank racing mine, would love nothing better than to line up against a car like yours. thanks michael

we should race wet gtr. see the difference. same outright kw, but you have tons more midrange. michael

yeah no worries defo look slike it needs more power midrange for sure. will see where it takes us... but i am reasonably satisfied with how it drives. i will take it to the drags and see how we go. i do think i need a 9000rpm limiter tho. michael

yep no worries well this is only the first effort on bp ultimate, i'll be talking to the tuner and see what we can/have tried with cam timing... like i say i know on paper it doesnt look so good, but as far as im concerned through gear changes it comes back to 5500rpm and its on boost it picks up and goes... so its okay. mick

just having a a look at that thread very nice. very nice results indeed well done to him, obviously its a better setup no point comparing. bigger cams than me, better turbo. 0.81 exh does he have, mine is bigger 0.96 which means more top end and less response. we have our cams set to 0 so havent dialled in any extra midd response yet. Also hes running 24psi and im running 18psi i have no excuses thats obviously a better set up, cant argue that. im very proud of my results for what we have and what we have done. all not comparable if you ask me... how much peak was made on 18psi? 415kw = 556hp at 4 wheels for me i need more boost and rasie revs to 9000rpm thanks

most defiantely t04z is a much more improved turbo. much beter responsive for sure. much newer technology. no arguing that. heres another graph for people
