massively not the best time to change jobs, but hey, there is still work out there... Apprentiship or similar vocational qual is the way to go. You have to compromise too. Alot of people in the same boat as you, why should the employer choose you over the others.... ?

yep that's pretty much how it runs. Compared to SAS, you get much more room out on track, and you get to go back out for more sessions than 3.... Generally 4 or 5... Mick
