  1. Pwned!
  2. The "Tyres you use and how you would rate them" thread will tell you everything you need to know.
  3. If anyone here was to "turn to the darkside" it wouldnt be Jayce, Ive never met a bigger Skyline tragic
  4. I have a stock R33 Gtst side mount with piping and clamps if you want it...
  5. I highly doubt that any wheel made to fit a Mitsubishi Magna will fit a Skyline, even though the stud pattern is the same as Nissan, almost all Magna's have a standard 46+ offset which means that the wheels will sit too far inside the guards and will probably hit the struts and/or brake calipers on any Skyline. But a trial fit would prove this.
  6. Its highly unlikely that you will be able to get 225/45R17 Toyo's for $200 each... I believe that they retail for anywhere up to $290.00 in that size. I wouldnt be going under 235/45R17 on a 9" wide rim either.
  7. Wow, talk about digging up an old thread
  8. Thats it, Im going to Japan!
  9. LOL... Gold
  10. Canberra drivers CANNOT merge!! Why do I have to put up with idiots who stop in the merging lane from Newcastle street on to Canberra Ave every night!! There needs to be a big sign that reads - Stop in a merging lane and youre a bloody idiot!
  11. PM Stinkypoo.... He might have something.
  12. Thanks Michele, it was a great night. I guess that fastest lady is better than slowest man...
  13. I know what you mean, when I play it on my 42" lcd I get a bit of a headache after a while because theres to much picture to look at, I cant imagine it projected on to a whole wall! We'll see though, its a pain in the ass to get my PS3 unplugged and sorted to move it anywhere.
  14. James (driftGTS) and I might come over for a bit tonight if you dont mind Michele, we havent caught up just for a chat for a while now (probably because we are mortal enemies )... By the way - by "Playstation" do you mean PS2 or PS3?
  15. Chat on the phone?
  16. CEF11E Its the torque that is causing your traction problems, it will be hard to harness anything with over 600nm at the wheels, however if you were to go up to the 595RS-R you would notice a considerable amount more traction. Nathan Weissel (305rwkw), Trent Whyte (440rwkw) and Eugene Arendsen (270rwkw) all drift on the 595RS or RS-R and all love them, they're able to get plenty of grip and control in slides and they even won the team drift at Eastern Creek at round 4 of D/A using them. The RS-R is a softer compound semi slick version of the 595 and would suit your setup much more. I hope this helps
  17. Great stuff Steve, recieved my new trophy and it looks sweet in the lounge room...
  18. Is it road worthy Shaun?
  19. Oh my god, Richard! - Youre still alive... Nice to hear from you again.
  20. Sounds like the new AMRC is putting pressure on CAMS to shut down the "little guys"... *cough cough* Bloody Rodney Jane *cough cough*
  21. Sounds about right, the T1R's arent cheap... Shop around though.
  22. If I were in your position I would have the engine rebuilt, that way you know that it is in perfect condition and will go for at least another 300,000kms (if you dont kill it before then). When you buy a second hand engine you are always taking a risk... Its a gamble because even if the engine has good compression you dont know what has been done to it in the past and/or how many genuine kms it has done or how hard those kms have been on the engine. Although if you want a decent second hand RB call Just Jap in Sydney.
  23. I have to appologise to everyone who came past the Federal tent when I wasnt there, it turned out that we had a major shortage of tyres for some of our sponsored drivers so we spent most of Saturday chasing them down, then on Sunday we had to go to our Taren Point warehouse and pick them up (fairly long drive from Eastern Creek to Taren Point) but we ended up getting the tyres in time and everything went to plan. It was a very busy weekend for us but we still had a blast! Thanks to all those who came to watch the action.
  24. Sorry that I missed you, I was running around all weekend looking after our sponsored drivers (Nathan Weissel,Trent Whyte, Eugene Arendsen, Luke Jacobs etc.) Had a great weekend though. Leighton Fine won against Luke Fink in an extremely tight battle, the judges had to call three re runs, Beau Yates placed third.
  25. We went through gate seven today, you will probably have to use the same one tomorrow (Sunday) aswell... The pits are usually open to the public aswell so come down and say hi (go under the grand stand to get to the pits).
