I just saw a story on A Current Affair about Illegal Street racing and "hoon" behaviour... It was in Sydney but they said "the culprits are the usual young modified vehicle owners", THAT PISSES ME OFF!!! Its just like what happened to me on Friday night, so I wrote them an e-mail... Please do the same if you understand what I mean... This is the e-mail ( I hope they read it on the show) Dear ACA I have just seen your story about illegal street racing and "hoon" behaviour on our streets. I am a 22 year old male driver and I own a modified turbocharged car, I would like to say that I am a member of 2 different Australia wide car clubs and I and most other members I communicate with are sick and tired of these idiot hoons who think that the streets are thier playground, even though I love cars and driving I have the utmost respect for the law and those who uphold it, however this is a case of the minority ruining the reputation of young car enthusiasts everywhere, I cant take my car to the local shops on Friday or Saturday night without being pulled over and checked by the Police. Thankyou for showing who the real idiots are but could you please point out that not every young person with a nice car is this stupid, as I and most of my friends have never recieved anything more than a minor speeding fine. I should tell you guys that Frink and I went out for a little practice on Friday night... I thought I did a pretty respectable time = 27.16, thats my best... But then Frink got the good kart and set out to impress everyone! He did a F*cking 26.01 followed by consecutive 26 second laps the whole race He did at least 6 sub 27 second laps in a row, I will be really really surprised if he doesnt win this kart day, He's a freak! BTW Im in!

Does anyone know the rules that Cops have to go by when they talk to you??? Last night I got pulled over while cruising with all the guys (and Gals) for something I didnt do = at the end of Canberra Ave when you turn onto State circle about 7 or 8 of us turned at the lights, I wasnt going fast or acting stupid cos of the amount of cops I had seen out earlier, some people (who remain unnamed) spun tyres when exiting the lights and there was a copper at the other side of the lights.... He pulled me over and when he said that it was for "doing a squealy through the intersection" I said "that wasnt me"... He then started Yelling at me saying "Bullshit I saw you dont try to bullshit me, when I was young and stupid I took it like a F*cking man, I didnt try to talk my way out of it" He actually was swearing and yelling and personally insulting me by telling me that I couldnt take it like a man! He also said that he was "sick of f*cking young hooligans like me"... Anyway I got off without a fine, but he yelled and swore at me about 3 times over 15 minutes.... Is that legal????

Fox, Frink and I will be working on the vids on Friday... We might chop up some small ones and post them here but thats really up to FoX not me, hes the one with all the cool software. Footage is really good we watched it yesterday, should be a great DVD

You shouldnt use those dodgy interior steam cleaners, I was a car detailer for over 2 years and I will only use something like a Britex with proper interior shampoo, its not a steam cleaner it a wet vac = better results, quicker and if you get a couple of mates together and hire one from Woollies and do all your cars its pretty cheap. If you want the easy way out go to Advanced car detailing in Phillip and get an apolstery clean for around $100 <--- Its worth it if its really grubby!

I dont think that there will be a date or a location that will suit absolutly everyone but I think that Sunday is the better day cos more people have it off from work. Im in for going to Autosalon (hopefully)... We should definatly have the cameras there cos although the Dyno day was awesome there isnt much footage once its edited so the more the better... And it would be great if we could get all the ACT people aswell as some NSW as well!

About 3pm Friday, Tuggeranong Parkway ---- Burgundy R33 GTST, Huge FMIC, 400R front bumper (cut out for cooler) GTR skirts, huge rear wing (not GTR) body kit had little fins on it front and sides... Huge dish machined or chrome wheels.... Really neat and had a nice note, driver was Asian looking

Mark... Bluprint got his RB25 Neo from a complete R34 GTT at Just Jap in Sydney, I think that they still have the rear cut there... Good luck with it anyway, sh*t happens to the best of us you just gotta pick your self up dust yourself off and start again (easy to say when its not you that has to spend $15,000)....
