That's in my general area too, I'll keep an eye out. I hate this sort of thing... feel for you.
-
Sorry I didn't make it either... Will make a proper effort eventually. Looks like it was a fun meet
-
Depending on the location I might be able to make it for a bit on Sunday. Hopefully, would be good.
-
Oh I forgot yours was black I think it was about 9:30am. I was heading east and the mystery black Stag was heading west. Sort of near Malaga I think.
-
I keep spotting Stags all over the place. Saw a nice black one on Sunday morning, Reid Hwy. Was it you, wadragracing?
-
That looks sweet I seem to be spotting a lot of Stags lately. Saw someone in a silver S1 Stagea tonight in Wembley around 8:40pm.
-
Should be able to make it, depending on actual time and my memory
-
Sounds nice I'm pretty new to the Stagea thing myself, but they're a great car. cheers
-
Thanks, yours looks great too. And sounded good! I can barely hear mine
-
Ok so who did I spot tonight, at Mullaloo around 7:40pm in the white Stagea with intercooler?
-
Spotted someone in a silver Stag today, about 1pm near Mindarie Marina. Anyone?? Had to look twice, looked very similar to my Stag when rolling along Don't think they spotted me, I was in the HR31 at the time.

RS4Vs rock Is that a S1 Dayz bar on it?
-
That'd be Tibinstein. Although I'm not sure what model the silver S1 is.

Double post from the Western Stageas thread, but I have uploaded my photos from the cruise here: JDMWA Loved this GTR... IMGP9779 by goddohr31, on Flickr IMGP9780 by goddohr31, on Flickr

Thanks guys. Was interesting how each of the 4 Stageas that came were a different model or series. RSV, RS4V, RS4S, C34 S1 etc. Pity there wasn't a 260RS to complete the picture. IMGP9791 by goddohr31, on Flickr Yellow looked much nicer in person than what I had expected, very nice IMGP9801 by goddohr31, on Flickr Heaps more here: JDMWA Cruise 23/10/2011

I'll probably try and go for a bit, either in a HR31 coupe or C34 Stagea. Found these details elsewhere on the net: -------------- Time Sunday, October 23 · 12:00pm - 4:00pm Location Karrinyup Shopping Centre Upstairs Carpark Karrinyup Road Perth, Australia Info JDMWA's third meet is set for 23rd of October and to change things up a little this month we will be running a Sunday daytime cruise meeting at Karrinyup shopping centre upstairs carpark. Meetup at 12pm for a 1.30pm cruise departure, there is food available at HJs/KFC next door for lunch. In true JDMWA fashion there will be photographers around and we will have a videographer covering the event also. JDMWA stickers will be available for $5 each. For those who have attended our events before will know the rules; no skids at meetpoints or street racing, don't ruin the fun for other drivers and cause unwanted attention to the event. These meetups are designed to allow JDM car enthusiasts a spot to meet some new people with the same interest, get some photos taken, and keep the WA Japanese car scene alive. #Specifically no NON-JDM cars unless personally invited by one of our admins. ----------------------

Dead stock C34 S2 RS4V. So far the fuel usage per tank has been: 11.5, 11.6, 11.4 L/100km. Mostly freeway driving but with some messing around.
-
Thanks GW. Would love to check out a 260RS in person!

Only found one shot so far, but I have more to go through: IMGP8310 by goddohr31, on Flickr

After recently buying a car from interstate and getting it transported here, personally I see no need for a broker. Will just cost you more money and you will need to place your trust in them. I ended up flying to Adelaide to look at two cars, couldn't take any time off work so did it all on a weekend. Was fairly straight forward. Otherwise just find a good person or mechanic to inspect the car and take lots of photos for you and go from there. For transport, I ended up getting my car from a dealer so they took it to the depot for me. But otherwise you can get the car transport company to pick up the car from the sellers location. And then you either get it from the depot here or get it dropped at your house. I used Toll autotrans, which apart from some impolite staff here in Perth, worked out perfectly. Car wasn't even dirty and took about a week to arrive from SA. Anyway, good luck whichever way you go.

Judging by your avatar, yes I have at least one shot of your beast I'll try and upload it in the next few days.

Just filled up my second tank of BP 98 in my 'new' C34 s2 RS4V, 11.6L / 100km. Pretty happy with that, mostly freeway driving but with some acceleration and start stop. Fuel consumption was the last thing that I was anxious about, but it seems to be not much worse than my HR31 (10.9-11.3 on my typical commute).

Taking ages to go through my photos from Saturday, but have uploaded a couple here tonight: Powercruise 2011 - Flickr

I was there as a spectator on Saturday afternoon, took plenty of pics of the cars cruising on the track. Haven't gone through them yet, will try and do so soon. Will look out for a white R34 Also spoke to a friendly guy with a clean 32 GTR, gun metal grey (I think) with stock wheels, was that anyone here?
