hi guys, i have an r33gtst that has been fitted with kyb gear climb suspention and i was wanting to lower it.....so i was wondering can i fit a set of king springs to the kyb shock or will that eventully wear out the shockers? Thanks heaps.

Hows it goin guys, I am goin to be loosing my license for a VERY VERY LONG TIME so theres not point in me keeping my 33 :'( Its a 1995 white gtst, 5 spd manuel. Ive had it since it came into australia in april 05. came stock (not just put back to stock like my brothers one obdviously was lol) the "massive" amounts of mods i have done in a year and a half are: split dump/front pipe, hiflow metal cat, hks super dragger cat back exhaust, autometer boost guage, gfb bleed valve set to 10psi and k&n pael filter in airbox... that was enough to make 168rwkw on proteks dyno which i was happy with. apart from that car looks just like anyother one, just clean and standard, over all very good condition. I know its in perfect working order so u can get an racv guy or watever to check it out i dont mind. if ur interested i live in east ivanhoe u can call me on 0409 187 917 thanks. oh yeah and its also got an exedy heavy duty clutch!

Its a little harder to drive than a stock r33 cluch and my brothers heavy duty, but its not that bad, although it does have a lot smaller friction point its almost just in or out you cant really ride the cluch much at all. And the reason i am asking the questions now is that i am just trying to see if all twin plate cluchs make this sound when their pushed in. also the racv guy and the seller both told me it was a twin plate racing cluch that was really go and woth abit.

nah man it only makes the sound when the cluch is in..in nutral it sounds fine.and i think its sounds more like a grinding sound. thnks.

Hi guys, i just bought a skyline r33 gtst and had it looked at by racv before buyin it and it has a grinding sound when the cluch is in......the guy from racv told me that is was doing that gringing sound because it was a twin plate cluch. Is this ture? or is my cluch stuffed although the car can still be driven perfictly. and if it is a problem is it bad and what will it ruffly cost to fix. Thanks heaps.

hi guys, my bro just bought a 33gtst,and after starting it the second day of owning it ,the car had a ruff idle and was reving itself from about 600rpm to about 2000rpm.... after takeing it for a drive it was fine apart from being a laggy in the lower revs...what could have caused this? thanks .

So do u mean that autronics are not necessary for that sort of power levels and those sorts of mods? I would assume though that since they seem to have alot more functions than the PFC you would be able to get a much better tune out of it?

Power goals for now about 250rwkw, mods are exhaust, cooler, fuel pump injectors, hiflo turbo , they wanted $1800 for it plus around $600 to hook it up and tune it.
