  1. Where abouts in bris? Rego? Klms? What else needs to be done? Thanks in advance. Conversion done by Pete? My mate owns the RB25 AE86 he built up, used to be NIS25?
  2. Looks good apart from the bonnet cut out, no offence intended - just not to my taste. Not too crazy about the front splitters/extended lips either. Sorry. I'd love to be able to do bodywork. Plenty of money to be saved if you can DIY. Good luck with it.
  3. I'd make an offer aswell, if you could remove wing, stereo and wheels. Shame. Good luck with the sale, looks very tidy!
  4. Do you have standard bodykit? Sell for less without kit and wheels? (stock wheels instead?)
  5. Tried using the motor from the other side? Obviously don't install the thing - just plug it in (if the plus are the same) and see if its not anything in the wiring/switch etc. Just a thought.
  6. Are you able to get some better quality shots at all?
  7. More than 1 you're selling?
  8. Looks very nice! Exactly what im after, but just out of my price range
  9. Any pics mate?
  10. Sorry to be a pain, but are you able to get some clearer daytime pictures? Thanks in advance.
  11. What model BOV is it?
  12. Closer to Germany haha
  13. Nice work! Love the photo angles. Nice skid
  14. Looks like you guys had fun. Would've loved to have come for a look, but I can't afford to take days off at the moment haha. Also was it an SAU Club Members deal or spectators welcome thing?
  15. Not quite! An high standard used E36 M3 goes for about $35k-$50k and an as new used E46 M3 are between around $95k and $120k.
  16. Too bad you're not in Brisbane. Good luck with the sale!
  17. Where abouts are you located?
  18. Where abouts are you guys stopping in once in Bris? PM me if you like. Thanks in advance.
  19. Not a smell like a baseball glove is it?
  20. I was of the understanding that the air trying to rush back through the turbine blades is what causes the flutter... air getting chopped around as the blades of the turbine wheel are spinning the opposite way to bring air in and creates a kind of turbulence; and in turn slows down the compressor wheel -> Creating a bit of lag. The plumb-back bov's don't make much noise at all (as all the piping is enclosed etc). You hear the flutter more because the pod filter is more open than normal and generally not in an air box to cover up the noise. A N Y W A Y . . . This thread can be closed now, Thanks.
  21. Thanks for the help guys... well those that made REAL suggestions anyway. It's not a physical voucher... it's just that I have credit at a parts distributor (or what have you). He's already got a steering wheel and it's just recently been serviced i think so all is well on that front. I was thinking about a turbo timer but then again... how hard is it to wait a minute or so before turning your car off? I'm just going to get the APEXi P.I Kit and we'll sort out some kind of heat sheilding. Thanks again for the help.
  22. I think i'm going to get him the APEXi Power Intake Kit... Any ideas for a decent cold air feed? I think he's got a pipe running from the fog light arear up to the current airbox inlet. Any other suggestions or items out there in the way of heat sheilds or the likes?
  23. Got any more info on those 2 items Dave?
  24. His panel filter is a foamy HKS one apparantly one that is meant to be replaced - not cleaned etc. He would like a bov... was talking about it not long ago. I think he wants a venting one but then again he doesn't want anything TOO loud... I suggested a GFB Plumb-back but he said it would be a waste as there's already a p.b on there lol... its still the factory Nissan item but wouldn't the GFB be better? Then again if he wants a venting one I suppose it's up to him
