  1. How suitable would turbo be for drift on the rb20? When would full boost be available at what psi? What kinda kw will the turbo support? Thanks.
  2. I would absolutely love this turbo. Unfortyunately, cash will not be available for at least a month. Send me a pm if you still haven't sold it after this time mate. I'm sure someone will snap it up, but just in case...
  3. What kinda power is to be expected from what boost on an rb20? Also, are these suitable for drift? When would full boost be available? Shipping to adelaide? Direct bolt on to rb20? Any other mods needed?
  4. mmmm, that 2way sounds nice. Should bolt up easily on my r32 gts-t too....bit pricey though. Good luck with the sale
  5. Hi, Thanks for your help. Can you please tell me how they may be dangerous? Thank you. Dan
  6. true indeed, however, i'm planning on getting 18's for my 32 as I understand it they will assist in providing greater feeling through the steering wheel. This is of great benefit as I am an avid lover of drift and love going to practice days.
  7. yeah i know what you mean. I've got a black r32 gts-t and white or bronze rims suit it best
  8. One more thing, I would steer clear of Australian wheels on your r32. That's not to say that Aussie wheels aren't well designed and made, it's just in my personal opinion, Japanese wheels will look 10X better on a Japanese car. Goodluck
  9. Hmm, here's the best i could find. Sorry, can't find any pics of them on a car.
  10. GTR rims (r34) will look sweet as. Might need to roll/lip ur guards though (and they're expensive. I fell in love with AVS Model 5 rims in Bronze at first sight. The colour of ur ride would go well with some 18" white TE-37's =D
  11. Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me out with my 2nd hand set of Tein HA coilovers on my r32. Firstly, i bought the set from a dude on these forums and they arrived in pretty good condition. I didn't actually take note of the springs and how they were sitting in the shock at the time (but more on that later). I took them to get fitted, and as it turns out that the helper rings (the ones that lock the height adjustment ring into place) had cracks through one side of the alloy I had to get them welded but then it so happened that all 4 of the height adjustment rings had seized and wouldn't budge!! Anyways, Leigh from PVP imports proceeded to take apart the coilovers (ie. remove the alloy tops and springs) in order to use some heat assisted methods of loosening the rings. Everything went back together smoothly, and the coilovers were then fitted to my ride. Now here comes the part i am concerned about. At first i didn't notice anything. Everything was fine. After a while however, i found that when one coil over was completely un sprung (ie. lifted from the ground and had no vehicle weight placed upon it), that the springs were not held in place, and when weight was returned to the coilover, there would be a loud and horrifying crunching/clanking noise as a result of the spring going back into place. I confirmed this idea after the drift Practice day at mallala when changing wheels etc and had a closer look at my suspension. Sure enough, when the car was jacked and the coilovers were unsprung, the springs were not help in place. Is this normal? Is everyone elses like this? Can anyone tell me what the problem might be if this is not regular? Thanks for taking the time to read my rather long post and thanks in advance for the help, Dan
  12. Hey all, Anyone know if a pair of AVS Model 5 rims size: 18" x 8" +38 offset will fit under the guards of an r32 GTS-t? I'm assuming that the rear would be okay, but if i wanted them on the front i might run into some problems. The car is fairly low (front centre of rim to wheel arch = 29cm) although i can raise it if required. Also, what size tyres would I need to stretch on them to help them fit? Would i need to roll my guards? If so, does anyone know of any places that can roll/flare the guards for a reasonable price in Adelaide? Thanks in advance, Dan
  13. hmm, maybe...but ur in the ACT so that wouldn't really be feasible
